chucku, he also labeled the LaCrosse BC-700 as trash and a "turd" which is ridiculous, but one thing that he did mention above that is of a bit of a concern and that is that this charger only charges batteries in pairs. It's pretty likely that you will put two or more batteries in the charger that have a different amount of charge still in them, so what happens is either one of the batteries will get overcharged, or one of the batteries will come off the charger without a complete charge. This isn't too much of an issue if you use your batteries in applications which require two batts because typically, they will discharge to the same level, but in a LaunchBox where you are using one battery at a time, it could become an issue as you could be putting two unbalanced batts in the charger.
How much of an issue all depends on how much you care about such things for all it really means is that you may not be putting a battery into your LB that is totally full, and/or you may be putting a bit of extra wear and tear on your batts. To many, that wouldn't be a big deal, and in that case, calling this charger a "shit" charger like he did, or calling the BC-700 a turd like he did is nothing but ramblings from a C9000 fanboy (although the C9000 is a great charger). It's that whole, "my charger is the best and everything else is crap and if you don't make the same purchasing decision that I did, then you are an idiot", mentality, especially with the negative labels that are being tossed around.
edit:
The concern about missing terminations due to lower than ideal charge rate is really only a concern if you are using low quality batts or batts that are very old. If you are charging batts at below .3C and those batts are nearing the end of their life cycle, it would be best to keep an eye on them and if they are are being charged longer than what your calculated charge should be, or they start getting a bit too warm, you can pull them off.
