Honestly I wish I had never put it in my box, cooking and tinctures from now on for me. If you are going to use it for that, I wouldn't put too much, it's wasteful imo. It just gunks up the front and back side walls and in the 4 corners. I'm too afraid I'll damage the screen if I try to scrape off any more, it's on there pretty good. Just do a thin layer on the bottom screen and stir it around after each hit, I don't recommend shaking it with kief, then brush it out when spent and reload.

I did it! Went to my amazing LHS and picked up a cherry MFLB for 140! Good price for in town! Had my first bowl and I'm so glad I have one again. Such a great tool. First step in removing oil from my consumption
Also already picked up some extra batteries 2300mah but they were the ones I used before and loved them. Now I see the kits come with 2400mah. Gunna see which is better!
Edit: first night out successful. Had 2 trenches on the walk home and I am ripped as hell. Love this thing more than Vaping oil anyday

No I'm just preferring herb over oil now adays and kind of taking it out of my "diet". On a side note, Gettin my technique back after a couple scorched tasting bowls last night. Just working on keepin that taste as long as possible. I used to use it through glass a lot when I had my old box , but I just can't justify it when I have my nano at home and my solo for those big hits. So I think the box is gunna be the perfect on the go vape for me. Way better then oil carts because I felt like I had to babysit them if I was out and about (making sure they stay upright is the biggest one). I'm just preferring how simple the box is and it's on demand vapor qualities. Kickin my self that I got rid of my old box, but I think I have a new appreciation for the all mighty boxIs consuming oil bad for your health?

Had my maiden voyage with my brand new cherry LB last night and I combusted in it. 
I was soooo pissed. I've been using a LB for over 2 years and the new batts since they started selling them on the MF website and yet I felt like a total rookie. I had abstained from flower for about a week, so I guess I got too medicated too quickly and just wasn't paying attention. Plus, let's face it, those new batteries are hot hot hot. Combusting in that beautiful, brand new box made me sick. Grrr!
I have to get rid of that god-awful smell and taste. So I need to do an empty-trench burn and then an ISO wipe, right?

I would suggest the iso wipe first .
then the trench burn .
repeat if necessary .

you'll want to do an ISO clean on the screen, dry burn, and unfortunately you'll have to suck up the remaining taste for a few trenches. After about 3 full trenches, the taste will be noticeably decreased, and after a few more will dissipate completely. Unfortunately you'll have to deal with it for a bit... but hey, it's a nice excuse to indulge a bit more?

I wanna Magic Flight Desk/home version kinda shaped like a log vape with the PA built into the base and the LB type trench on top . I just think it would be sooooo cool . easier for me then a log and I love the MFLB type conduction vape . Just thinkin' and Day Dreamin' .

I am finding it hard NOT to shake my LB when I'm using the CT. It's always been habit for me too. Anyone else catch themselves shaking the box while they are using the CT?

for the magic flight box,,after testing it,,i do think the battery is not that good,and a little,,not so safe.
Maybe,we should cover the battery with some rubber parts,
And,,how about that,,we put the magic flight box with atoms raw together,,to make the raw with changeable battery,,and put screen above the heater,,that is good advice?

I would maybe say that about the old batteries but the new logo batts are 10x better and really are perfect for the LB.
As for them not being not so safe, they come with rubber caps to put on the positive end so you don't catch anything on fire.

Ya , the stock batteries may have been sitting for a while before you purchased them .
I had to get new ones after 3 months .
But didn't you get the rubber caps with them ???

Ok, I think I've finally broken the shaking habit!
I discovered that my bubble hash vaporizes A LOT better in my maple LB than it does in my walnut and cherry. It will hardly vaporizer at all in the walnut and cherry, it's so weird! I think the maple is running hotter than both of them.
Has anyone else been able to experiment with different LB's while using your CT? What are your experiences?

Well after a weekend out of town and on the go my new mflb is doin great. Perfect for those top up hits and I like that I can't get buzzed enough to burnout hard. Still tryin to get bigger hits like I used to but I don't think I cared about the taste as much as I do now. All and all I'm lovin havin a box around again. Just gotta get brave with the pre-heat I think.
