Everyone should run out and get these new batts!
These batts were so strong that my whole technique
had to be changed to a much quicker draw.
They even made me retighten my PA as these
new batts were stronger than my PA.

I have discovered that my vapolution's wall converter
and car adapter will power the LB's PA. Of course with
the new batts this is moot.

Wow, I wish we could get them here. I know I could try and order them for MFLB in the USA but it would cost me more for postage than it does for the batteries. I wish they would start supplying their distributors in other countries.

Hello. I need an answer to this and fast.

My brother has a ulceration on his upper throat. On Wednesday the 22nd, we went to Iron Man 3, and before doing so, we vaped some kushage from my launch box in my car before going in to the theater. He insists that this is when his throat started hurting. He looked up smoking and he's blaming the ulcer on the vaping.

Is this possible? Can vaping actually cause an ulcer on the throat?

The sooner I can get information (all my searches have failed so far), the better.

Irritation possibly, but not a full-on ulcer? I have some from all the medication I take, vaping doesn't seem to aggravate them at all. I'm also taking some meds for it, ironically. Is it a canker sore? Those commonly pop up for no reason, hurt for a few days, and then go away. It's hard to be sure what happened. I've started to get allergies now when I used to not have this problem. The last few days I've had a consistently runny nose and sneezing more... almost like I want to get sick, I feel off.

But I don't think smoking and vaping temps are close to each other, and I'm assuming you know how to use the Box properly, so we can rule "smoking ulcers" out. I don't think it can cause ulcers, but everyone's different and maybe he's not used to the "hot dry" vapors and is experiencing some discomfort? I remember how I felt after the first few times I smoked when I was younger...

Sometimes I get a pretty raw feeling on the roof of my mouth if I'm using a stem and get the Vape stream to focused on one spot.
Or it could be herpes,I Vape with some very foul people.

The vapor from the lb can be very harsh to some people, irritation
is very possible. Try vaping with some some water in the vapor path.

We went to go see Iron Man 3 last night, and it was great!! Highly recommended!

On the way there, I vaped some bubble hash in my concentrate tray (in the maple LB), using the car adapter with the PA. Then I was able to vape kief during the whole movie (in my cherry LB), even though the theatre was completely full! We got there early, like we always do, so we can sit in the very back corner. I brought pre-loaded concentrate trays, so I was all ready to go for the trip there and back. I really love this vaporizer because it is so versatile!

I think your brother should seek professional help from a medical practitioner , first and foremost .
And of course , the non-scientific way , would be for your brother to stop smoking or vaping .
And see if that helps relieve that symptom .

My ' Jugular vein ' muscles seems to be getting quite a workout thru water vaping .
So I'm guessing , smoking and vaping will have an effect on your throat/muscle area .
But everyone's different with their own tolerances .

I forgot to mention (and this probably changes everything) because I was so tired last night (was running on 1.5 hours of sleep over a 3-day period), but he had just gone through surgery to get his wisdom teeth removed the weekend before and has been on antibiotics and oxycodin and an oral rinse and such. I imagine this makes a hell of a difference...

ulcers are curable or containable with meds .

Oxycodone is for pain, if it caused mouth ulcers I would have probably died five times over at my most recent two visits Might be a side effect of the antibiotics, some weird medicine... but I still hold my reservations about vaping having been the sole cause of this.

Maybe it's just the result of a combination of everything... the different medicines he's been on, plus the stress, plus the vape, plus... yeah...

This may not be the proper forum for this type of "noob" question, but I trust you all and your wealth of knowledge.

I tried hash for the first time last night. My friend and I just sprinkled a little on top of a load of herb in the LB. My first question is: what's the difference between kief and hash? Is it that the hash is just kief that's been pressed? Secondly, was this an improper way to use the hash? That is, should it only be used in the concentrate tray?

MFLB is a Great solid Vape . Small , portable and killer with batteries, awesome at home with the PA.
Has A Lifetime warranty . Its adaptable and fun to use .
Most of the feedback on the last 847 pages is favorable .

Just my take on condensing this thread .

It may not be MFLB related, but I have two things: A (vaping from the MFLB) and B (the ulcer). There's also his surgery, though he reminded me he was actually off most of the meds the day before, including the oxycodin, and also that we had Taco Bell that night around the same time we vaped.

I am very skeptical that A leads to B, but my brother is quite convinced, as he can't think of anything else, as he was off the medicine and doesn't see how Taco Bell could play a part.

I asked here because A involves the MFLB.

It's quite simple, and I'm only looking for answers.

Found out I really like the stem again. Seems to cool down the vapor perfectly for me. And I find I can pull bigger hits too. All I know is I'm enjoying my box again and finding things I didn't know before about it. I knew it was a good decision to get one again

We have a Tribble, we had it neutered! Problem solved! As for MFLB's, that's a different story. I'm up to 4 now!
