Haha imasinner. Made me lol.
Here's my entry
Last I heard in mid June it was "in development". No idea what stage of development it is in now.
Oh god. I want it!
I've been wanting to do something with mine involving a specific mathematical phenomenon, but with a woodburner..
I already did that. Tightened them up a bit, loosened them a bit, tried to find a happy medium but no dice. When i first got my beta PA the button part would loosen up and make the unit
weak but not cut off. I had to tighten the button assembly to get full power.
To tight and the button would stay on, to loose and weak power. It took
awhile to find the proper tension. I made a tool out of a paper clip to fit
into the holes.
The button wiggles. That's it. Sometimes if I press it in a certain direction it makes "contact" and powers the box, but if I move it over a little bit, sometimes it just cuts out. I have a few Powerex and a stock battery... but... they just aren't the same...Shit! Well I guess its back to MF for a replacement. I know how annoying
sending it back is, but it is better than fucking it up real good and then
shipping it.... maybe not
I hope you have your batts charged and ready to go.
Hey does the transformer light stay on steady?
Maybe a short in a cable?
Yes, I have been waiting for someone to mention this. Its been somewhat of an issue for me, but I have grown to deal with it and grew accustom of how to position it, I imagined it to happen to a lot more people than just I so I didn't bother asking for a replacement. But knowing that it isn't meant to do that makes me want it fixed.Anyone else with the PA having problems with the little button? I have to click it in a very specific way for it to work, otherwise it flickers between on and off, so it may randomly cut off my hits halfway through or at the beginning and the only way I know is because I don't see any vapor in my glass
I tried adjusting the front, back, and black plastic handle part to no real effect. Dang it.

The angle of the button seems to matter, from what I have experienced when the button is leaned towards the cord it stays on more consistently. Not to say that it doesn't turn on when fixed at a different position.
(But that is my PA, it may vary)
Does anyone know what would happen to a battery if I left it in the charger for too long? After vaping last night I plugged two in but forgot to unplug them and left them in all night. I didn't realize this until leaving for work so now I probably won't be able to get to them til later this afternoon. I know they won't be able to hold a charge well after this but my main concern is safety. Will I get home and find the batteries leaking battery acid, exploded, or something. I obviously dont want any damage to the house. It would be nice to know if I can put my worries to rest or not...
Edit: by the way, to add more detail, I left two batteries in the charger that were both completely spent.
Thanks paka. I've never left my batteries in longer than the necessary charge time before. I figured I was just overreacting but at the same time didn't want to come back to a large smoldering pile of wood from what used to be my house haha.
while I think of it, has anyone had a non working launch box that looks perfect in every way, new batteries regularly cleaned screen etc.but doesn't work at all.
My box is over a year old.It looks clean no tears in the screen black spots etc.but it just wont heat up like my new one which is now 2 months old.The heat produced has slowly died over the course of the year.I completely put me off my launch box, that is until i got a new one as a gift which works perfect.
Can't tell if it's rust or something else...I'm curious about these reports of rust on/in the PA. How do you guys think that is happening? I can't think of anything I do that would cause rusting.
That's the plate that would hold the click button to turn it on and give power. I can't tell if it's rust or if it's just RS (random stuff). What part of the PA is that?
