I agree. I'd avoid the fragrance. Also, cosmetic products, while they may list it as "sesame oil" or "sunflower oil", may be processed in some way to make them better for use as a body oil. I'd stick with pure oil such as pure mineral oil.J.R.R.Tokin' said:That all looks fine - had to look up Tocopherol but that seems fine too - except the Fragrance bit. Be wary in case it makes your goodies taste like perfume. Even if it's just a tiny amount of fragrance, the mild heat from the MFLB will enhance that fragrance and you might end up tasting it.
I guess a way to test is to rub a bit in your skin fully, give it 5 mins and see if you can smell anything. Otherwise, if you have any doubts, you can just pick up some bees wax / butchers block oil off ebay or something like that.
In any case if you are just oiling the outside of the box, it shouldn't be a problem.
Are people generally oiling the insides of the box where the heat is? If I oiled that part at all I'd oil it very lightly, and then, yes, I'd be very careful to use only the purest of oil there.
