Some companies would prefer to keep certain items as rare... collectors items.
This is sort of like ... not putting ALL of your cards on the table during a poker game....
Saving something special for a later time!

Does anyone not remember The Shit Pile MFLB Warranty Claim of 2011? They proved, beyond a reasonable doubt, they are TOP-NOTCH Customer Service.
Ash057 said:I still havent heard back from Magic-Flight. I have now called their number during the hours stated on their voice mail 3 days in a row. I have called multiple times a day and never get an answer. I have left one voicemail each day and also emailed them once a day. Magic-Flight has never called.
I am starting to lose faith

momofthegoons said:Moe, I think MF stops selling them because they were a choking hazard. Some people have gotten a standard size acrylic stem and cut it. There is also the option of getting a short wooden stem from Ed here. They come in all kinds of beautiful wood and I recommend them highly. Plus, if you have a specific length in mind, you could shoot him an email and I'm sure he would work with you.
