I received my PA yesterday in the mail. I am even more in love with my MFLB now. It's like having a full battery every single hit. This thing is unreal. I like the design of the power adapter. The dial is very handy which allows me to adjust how much power I want to go to the MFLB and the button on the end of the PA battery is awesome. Just leave the PA in the MFLB and hit the button when I'm ready for it. I tried ordering the Auto Adapter as well as the 3 ft extension cord but unfortunaltely they are out of stock right now and I was told to check again in 8 weeks. I am extremely satisified with the PA and defintely recommend it to everyone. It allows you to get full potential out of your MFLB everytime. Thank you so much MFLB crew for another life changing investment.

kief can be used on it's own. i love doing that

yeah, the rubberband trick is a definite common one. look a page back and check out the bicycle tire suggestion.

Kief can be used on it's own? I would imagine it could mess up the screen, no?

From what i recall reading, vaping Kief alone wont mess the screen up, but can/will clog it slightly....if that happens, people seem to recommend a drop of iso on the brush that came with the LB, and cleaning the screen gently....I believe this is detailed better in the vaporedia entry.

Either way, it can be done, and can have an effect on the screen, but should be cleanable.

Myself, when vaping kief, I place a small amount of finely ground herb on the bottom, often AVB, just enough to cover the bottom. Then I put the Kief on that. After a couple of hits, the kief seems to fuse to the AVB and the load can be shaken. Just my

I too received mine yesterday (same deal for the car adapter) and I 100% agree with you. The PA is a game changer.

I assume a short 1/4" piece of tubing as said above and what else?
How we attach to the bong part?

I posted about this before, but I think it got buried.

Bands cut from bicycle innner tubes, 23c-25c, fit the LB perfectly. They are vulcanized and do not rot or get weak like normal bands. They are cheap or free. Difficult to break.

I'm not that familiar with bike inner tubes. The 23c refers to what? I'm guessing mm because cm can't be right, so about 1 inch wide?

Looks like that would work fine. Cut sections of bicycle tube make great rubber bands for many situations. When I get my MFLB tomorrow I'll be cutting some for use with it myself.

^^^ The 23c refers to the size of the tube. 23c-25c (sometimes 18c on the skinny end) is the standard road bike tube as opposed to mountain bike tubes which are bigger.

Those would probably work, but I haven't tried that particular brand.

I'm using an old tube from my road bike. Don't know what brand. Tubes are tubes for the most part. High prices paid for special tubes is usually money wasted. Go cheap, like less than $5 a tube.

Most bike shops have a basket of used tubes and tires that they collect for recycling or other uses. Ask and they will almost always give you some for free. If they don't, it's not a bike shop you want to shop at anyway. Look for the skinny road bike tubes for the LB, but larger tubes make bigger bands that can be used for items such as grinders and ABV containers.

Once you start playing with your tube you will find all sorts of new and strange uses for it.

Would it be worth buying 2700s today if I would not be getting a newer charger until a week from now (closer to next paycheck)?

I know I've read that you can use the included battery charger, but I do not want to ruin the batteries.

You can use the included charger to charge the 2700s, so I wouldn't worry about it. It may not charge as efficiently as a smart charger, but it won't ruin the batteries.

This is a quantity question. About how much...in grams or percentage of a gram does the Magic Flight trench hold...approximately? I initially was using the Iolite and would use it right before bedtime for my severe insomnia. Last fall, I got my MFLB and started alternating it with the Iolite. Now the Iolite is dead (long story, and got it on e-bay so NOT under warranty) and I am using the MFLB daily. Now the blessing and the curse of the MFLB is it is so darn EASY and stealthy to use that I have been using it in the afternoon for either watching TV or relaxing by the pool and sometimes late afternoon and sometimes early evening and....you get the idea! I usually go through about one to one and half trenches a day. So far, no tolerance issues, but I want to avoid those. I also use some edibles, but maybe once or twice a week. I live in SoCal so I have access to multiple strains and alternate them quite a bit. Eventually may be moving out of SoCal and may not have the access I have now.
The good news, since I have been vaping more in general, I am sleeping much, much better. Plus herb does enhance everything!
I have been doing herbal medication now for almost two years. Before that none for many years and before that occasional random recreational use.

greenjeans, you need to find a tubing that's clear to really tell how hot things are when you can't tell by the temp hitting your tongue anymore. i haven't combusted my MFLB so far (seen my buddy do his), and i don't plan to

The bong setups are interesting but I get mild enough vapor right now, at least I thought so. Oh wait you could get a thicker hotter hit with water cooling, duh. OK, cool.

Received a backup magic flight with a 30xxxxx serial today, don't want any downtime. It's definitely somewhat smaller than the 26xxxxx magic flight I already own. Slightly thinner, shorter and rounder. The screen looks almost stitched onto the rails. It's making crazy vapor on what I would have called avm. Minor tweak maybe.

I'm not sure if I'm using my box right although I'm sure I've tried everything. Just got it a couple days ago and I can't seem to find the right speed to draw at. I only get vapor if I draw very slowly, but it's burnt and makes me cough every time. It actually started working pretty well for one trench, which led me to believe maybe it was the charger or the batteries. I like to keep them fully charged, charging one as I use another, because I need to stay medicated all the time, but sometimes they charge for an hour and sometimes just 5 minutes. Also, I have had a slightly drained battery give stronger tastier hits than a fully charged battery on more than a few occasions. I have tried finely ground dry material but even that doesn't work. Oddly the one trench that worked well was fresh out of a jar from being cured and still a little moist.

Edit: I just tried "over charging" a battery, putting it right back in after the light went solid, and I got some nice smooth clouds. I hope I'm not abusing the batteries and maybe that's why they're not working so well?

Hmm. Mine has never even come close to combusting. My only way to get a little vapor is to draw super slowly, which burns the bottom of my meds a little, but the heat doesn't penetrate much further into it than that. This leads me to believe that for some reason it just isn't getting quite hot enough.
