I prefer a bugle-style mouthpiece, followed by those thick "lollipop" ones, but as "meh" as this one looks the price makes it look pretty tempting!
That's funny because I have absolutely hate those flared trumpet mouthpieces, very difficult to find one that is the right size flaring and diameter to be comfortable, and effective for me with proper airflow... Most of mine and the ones I've tried have totally sucked noodles lol
I'm not sure exactly what thick lollipop means, you mean the flat disc style? Not such a fan of those either, but it depends since there can be a lot of difference between them...
I agree this one is not so good, I don't know why it has that little rim, would be better just straight tube, but 16 mm is a bit wide so I would prefer if it was tapered a bit? Also if it is thick glass especially, that would help, a nice little pinch flat is comfortable I think, that is how my OGB triple right angle hook is, though it is very thick glass (like my phineas heady hook) so the mouthpiece could be even a bit more comfortable...

What a good value, thanks. To justify the 3 for $35 when I already have the OGB sherlock I think I'd have to order with plans to sell the extras. It's a shame j-hook storage is so awkward
Haha yeah it really makes no sense for you to get one, nor me really, but I suppose if one of us got three and then sent to of them to two others that could be nice although that would increase the price...? For the two others at least I guess!
Too bad you have to get 3 of these but at least the price is reasonable. I never bought the OGB version tho I don't expect this to be the same quality...
Yeah between you me and the boss we could get the three, together I suppose... Yingmin/Lumin aka genesis glass are pretty good reliable quality though, not in the same league as OGB of course, but pretty nice and thick I think for Chinese glass on DHgate?? The spike work actually looks better to me Even though the right angles are not as clean etc...
I did ask them, if they may be willing to sell just one, so I can do a review here and on the gate, I always suggest messaging these sellers via chat, they are often more than happy to work with you and adjust the cost to your order if you only want one item or want to mix and match other items or sizes they offer...
They actually have a really nice deep drop-down adapter, but it is turned so the female is like below the male for some reason, so I've been waiting for them to deplete the stock so I can have them make new ones more properly, though I am curious to try the existing one to see if it might actually work with what I have? Because there is really no way to know for sure by just looking at it...
Yeah I didn't give them the suggestions for the mouthpiece on the hook yet, since this is a new design for sale, I presume they have plenty of stock and are not going to want to modify the design for a while, but it could be worth mentioning!
