After a two year study vaporizing the variety of Herbs I could gather
(a couple dozen of them), I found some wonderful taste combinations.
I only found a couple of herbs whose medicinal effects I could discern, however.
Spearmint vaporized did seem to have a diuretic effect on me.
It was mostly about the flavors in the end, because the effects were so very subtle.
My regular "meds" are what work for me...
however I did then spend about 9 months drinking all these herbs as teas.
I found effects there.
This led me to another attempt at vaporizing herbs
If I drink an herb as a tea, and then followup with a session vaporizing the same herb....
THEN I can detect the effects multiply some during the vaporization. (perhaps a saturation point).
Anyway....
I am delighted to see users interested in trying all of this out.
I have found that my preference in both effects and in flavor to be my "meds" straight up"..
But I am first to say, "There is a whole world out there to be explored, with more precise temperature settings to get it all exact"
