Frequently Asked Questions
Who can I contact with questions? - You can send an email any time to trevor@grasshoppervape.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
How can I order accessories? - You can add any of the accessories to your order by adding their price to your contribution amount. After you make your contribution, send us a quick email at custom@grasshoppervape.com, mentioning what accessories you've added and the total value of your contribution. For example: A $99.00 Standard Grasshopper with an extra $5 battery. Contribute $104, and then send a quick email mentioning that the extra $5 was for the battery.
I've already made an order, but I'd like to add some additional accessories. - You can add accessories at any time, even after you've placed an order. Just click the "Contribute Now" button on the upper right-hand side of the page, and contribute again for the price of the accessories you've added. When you've checked out, send a short email to custom@grasshoppervape.com telling us what you did.
Do I need to add international shipping to Canada? - Yes, but if the shipping ends up costing less than $20, we'll issue you a refund for the difference.
Do I need to add extra shipping for more than one Grasshopper? - No, if the number of Grasshoppers you are ordering is 4 or less, you can just pay the $20 shipping. If ordering more than 4, contact trevor@grasshoppervape.com
Can my buddies and I make an order together to save on shipping? - Yes, see the above question for details. They must all be shipped to the same address.
What's the difference between the Titanium and Stainless Steel versions? - The Titanium (Ti) version is 33% lighter in weight (39 vs. 58 grams), and has a more durable exterior than the Stainless version. It also has a slightly greenish tint. See the new image that's been added above. The innards of both are identical.
How long does the battery take to charge? - This depends on what type of USB port you're using. A high-current wall charger (like the kind for the iPad) will take 1 hour, while charging from a computer will take 2-3.
Can I order a second charging cable? - Yes, this has been added to the accessories section and is available for $10.
What happens if we don't reach our goal? - If the funding goal isn't reached, everyone will receive a full refund. The money is held by indiegogo until the goal is met, so refunds will go smoothly.
Can I downgrade my order? - You must contact indiegogo directly to do this. We have no access to the money raised until we reach our goal, so we cannot issue refunds at this time. Indiegogo can help you.

I love the idea of the water piece adapter, I for one have a few 18mm pieces as well as 14mm, is there going to be an option for both or maybe a universal gong that fits 14 & 18mm. I only ask because I assume alot of people might have 14mm glass pieces, also a 14mm will fit a 18mm with a (cheap and somewhat flush) reducer , but the same cant be done for 14mm to 18mm with out a unsightly (huge at times ) adapter.
Thanks for your consideration
