I'm glad to see so much forward movement here, looks like the GH team is not only pushing the envelope, they are also paying attention to the forum requests. I am not able to jump in right now, but have been enjoying watching this launch grow.

Nice. I wasn't sure what you were talking about at first; now I see they added pricing for all the unlockable accessories:

Stainless Steel Case $25 - This case will be identical to its titanium brother, except in stainless steel.

Water Pipe Adapter $30 - The Water Pipe adapter allows you to plug your Grasshopper into any 18mm down stems.

Oils Front-end $40 - The Oils Front-end will go into the design and testing phases if we reach this goal, $40 will reserve one for when it's released in late Spring.

I don't know and hope I will never ! but it can vary from 0 if the package isn't controlled to really more…..(depends of the cost of the product) in the case of this device it shouldn't exceed 10 or 20 $ (IMO).

I think it should be noted that those accessories won't be available unless the campaign reaches the requisite stretch goal. You're the second person I've seen who's already pledging money for some of those accessories. I don't mean to discourage campaign contributions; I'd just hate to see people disappointed if, say, the campaign reaches $100k but not $115k and so contributions aren't refunded but SS cases aren't available.

I did just see this line on the campaign page:

I wonder if they plan to honor those contributions, but at a much later date, should the stretch goals not be reached?

I don't believe there is a stainless heater core in either model. The heater is ceramic, which I imagine is heated with some sort of resistive wire. I don't believe there's any stainless steel in the titanium model. The internals are identical between the two models. That doesn't mean that the Ti model has SS inside, because I don't believe the SS model has any SS inside either. Both materials are used for the body rather than the guts, to my knowledge.

Nope, I'm pretty sure ZenPen has said that the ceramic is surrounded by Stainless Steel in order to keep up an all SS air-path.

I don't use oils myself, but have you guys used prototypes for the oil catridge if the campaign does reach 200k?

The oil cartridge really got me thinking. Would additional front end cartridges be made available? I cant imagine how discreet and game changing this would be if you could load up multiple loads and change them out on the go. This pen has me really excited. Hope the goal is made

It's been another good day for the campaign. Things looked slow in the afternoon but really picked up this evening.

In other news, I updated the spreadsheet to show percent change between each day's "forecast". (Credit to my ladyfriend who made the suggestion after she found it hard to read. )

I might be having a bit too much fun with this…?
