The company realizing how anxious the preorders folks or better yet the $ backers are, I'm sure they would start shipping out orders if they could. Something is holding up the process. They need to keep the customers in the loop and be honest and tell it like it is. Maybe they are? It's all just guessing on everyone's part at this point.

If it was going to be another 3 months, some folks might want to get their $ back to invest in another vaporizer. They should give folks the option, but that would take away some of their funding. It would be a administration nightmare to have to go through that process of refunding some customers.

FC is just a small portion of their customer base.

Hopefully they have the shipping label thing somewhat streamlined, otherwise it could take two guys a whole day to ship out a week's worth of vapes. If it's still just a two-man shop things can get time consuming!

I should mention that every KS/IGG I've been involved with (5) did NOT send actual tracking numbers, as they all said it was too much hassle when dealing with 100's of simultaneous shipments.

That may not turn out to be the case here, but it wouldn't be surprising. Generally, it's been more like "we shipped 'em, let us know in a week or two if yours didn't show up and well check into it".

I imagine someone would have mentioned if they received such an e-mail. If I'm not mistaken, there are some active contributors to this board who were among the first backers.

Still no shipping notice and nobody has touched me yet. (I believe someone stated that they stated they were going to get in touch with backers before they shipped.)

So I know for sure that I was the 4th Early Bird Backer, but my order number is listed as 13938. Not sure where they started with the order numbers or if those are IGG numbers.

SO.... I am curious, what is your order number and about when did you back the project (I assume pre-orders were done under a seperate system so that probably doesn't count)?

Dec 13th IGG backer here - just had to sign up to say that this thread is amazing and full of great info! I'm kind of kicking myself for changing my initial order now. It's my understanding that changes and updates to your order essentially kick you out of your current spot in the queue. Is this correct? If so, that will put me close to the end of December since I upgraded my SS to a Ti model and added some extra goodies in, too.

Anyone heard any word about the concentrates mouth piece? Will it still be a thing?

Yes, but we wield a disproportionate amount of power, being so informed and dedicated to this hobby. All vape companies have to be aware of the "FC factor", and what gets written here holds huge weight. I know I've steered so much business towards and away from various vape manufactures that it's got to be 100 times what I've personally spent. Which is why I'm kind of surprised that at least one or two FC backers haven't gotten a tracking number yet.

Pre-order Feb 12, ID around 16750, with an April delivery date... I agree with those who just want to hear about ONE shipping!!!! I would feel so much better knowing that they actually completed an order and are capable of hopefully completing more

Also; I meant to post this a while ago, this was Trevor's response when I contacted him in early April about my shipping date

Thanks for checking in. Late April is our estimate but May is also likely. It depends mostly on the speed in which our heaters are being manufactured. We should have an extensive update for you in the next few weeks.
