Love it @Snappo

How're you enjoying it with the time you've had so far?@SmokinMagic I know its not the pics you want, but here are a few I took while hiking with the Grasshopper yesterday.
@vapebuddy13 I am very happy with it, I am still using it everyday, and it's still going strong.
@hiphopvaporman Arizer has a longterm proven record of being reliable so the Air/Solo definitely has that over the Grasshopper. However I think the Grasshopper is closer to combusting than the Air in the fact that you pull the GH out, click it on, its heated up in 5s, and you take 1-3 hits, and you are medicated and on your way. Whereas the Air/Solo is a session vape, which seems further from combusting. If the GH stays reliable I think it would make a very fine first vape. Mine has been reliable so far, and has shown no signs of weakness, but it's still young
@BuzzDanklin I have a bit of an odd question: how tight is the clip on the 'Hopper? Does it need thicker material to be able to hold on? Is it possible for it to grip onto a single sheet of paper and stay without holding it like many real pens?
I just tried this, and it took 3 sheets of paper before it didn't fall. It is fairly heavy compared to a normal pen, so even though the clip was putting pressure on the single sheet of paper, it just want enough to hold the weight.
Also I have been carrying mine by the clip in my jeans pocket a lot, so that may have loosened it up. I have not bent mine yet, but you can just remove the battery cover, and bend the clip down tightly if you want, however if you make it put a lot of pressure on the pen body, it could make a nice spiral scratch
My favorite part about the GH, I love the fact that if you want something quick and only a little it's not some annoying process of getting it all heated up in a minute or so to take just a hit or 2 and put it away. Makes it more reasonablethe fact that you pull the GH out, click it on, its heated up in 5s, and you take 1-3 hits, and you are medicated and on your way.

I find this to be funny but I'm nearly sure nobody asked this question. How is the clip? if you have any experience with pocket knives and their clips you might understand how important a good clip is.
Maybe GH could sell the ring without the clip? I think it would actually make the GH look slick.
Or a grasshopper. As much as a no clip grasshopper sounds slick, I'd expect the device to be prone to rolling without one. Maybe something more along the lines of creatively done placeholders for where the clip is supposed to be. Like how some fountain pens have snakes and other designs as clips.
Is the vapor path in the GH completely isolated from the electronics? Are there any plastics in the vapor path? I know it's 95% metal, just wondered about the other 5%...and the vapor path. I asked @BuzzDanklin before but didn't get a response....not complaining, he's been generally awesome about answering questions.
I would actually like to be able to remove the clip. I can't imagine actually needing it. When I throw a pen in my bag or pocket I don't ever use the clip. I don't think I've ever used the clip sticking out of my pocket like on the promo pictures on indiegogo.
Looks like it can't actually be removed without leaving a gap between the on/off switch and the body.

PM me @hiphopvaporman in May after the late Preorders ship - I might be able to design a 3D printed steel clip to cover the gap (assuming it's easy to remove the clip so I can take measurements with my GH)

This was Trevor's response to my vapor path inquiry:
"The air path is almost all stainless. It is a medical grade. There is a small amount of a very special material that is molded to form the funnel. This is a glass filled material that has a continuous operating temperature of 300C. Safety is very important to us."
Tho as I have the physics knowledge of common lake trout, no idea if that answered your question about isolating it from electronics...
I can easily create a hump to prevent rolling off the table. I have a precision xacto pen knife, doesn't have a clip, but a little nub on the side is all it needs to prevent from rolling.I asked Trevor about this a few weeks back...his response
"We don't have any plan to create a clip-less Grasshopper. You could grind yours off, but I can't say how it will look. Without a clip it will roll off most surfaces which we think is a pretty big disadvantage.
Best,
Trevor"

They should've made the clip removeable for stirring/packing/emptying purposes.
