After being told Tuesday night that they were boxed and ready to ship first thing Wednesday morning, I emailed them asking why I hadn't received tracking number. I was told that they had discovered a back end issue with one of my hoppers and that they would ship them today.

So either they weren't actually already boxed and "ready to ship first thing in the morning" or it's just an excuse for why they didn't go out when they told me they would. I know I should just be happy that I'm actually getting them but why is it that at every turn GHL can't give me accurate information, it's frustrating as hell.

If they wanted to avoid these situations they should just respond it will ship as soon as we are able to.

It's a shame that these guys, who are obviously really smart, have created such a seemingly amazing product, are not great with their business approach. Wish they could/would bring in someone who knows how to run it. Definitely a gamble they are taking on themselves. "Patience, young grasshopper" is just too ironic it hurts!

That being said, pumped that they are preparing for December backers shipping. Looks like the rest of backers have a good shot of getting units this month. I'm a June preorder, however, so I don't expect mine before January.

so they did the whole 2 month push back so they dont have to keep doing it... but it seems they are nowhere near their current estimates if they are still on Dec backers... im a March preorder (if i remember correctly... i forget its been so long) and im scheduled for Nov delivery which looks pretty unlikely -_- not happy... however this whole totally ignoring the GH and its progress thing until I get mine is making it slightly easier

I actually upgraded to express shipping just to get mine by this weekend. I had a few hoppers and one for a friend so decided that it was worth spending the extra cash to get it sooner lol.

Caroline told me that they would ship today; I have not gotten a tracking number yet but I have a feeling after our email exchanges that she will actually ship mine today. I would hope so after paying $28 for shipping... Before people jump down my throat about paying that extra amount, you know what, I have a good job and make good money. And it will all be worth the satisfaction of having it this weekend for my house warming party.

This is, unreal. It's just mind boggling. Why do they have to do this. I'm frustrated for you.

And good for you for spending the extra cash, man. I will prob do the same if I ever get my confirmation emails. Hard work deserves perks. Spoil yourself.

Man IGG even issued a statement saying anyone who hasn't received their backers contribution reware yet can get a refund immediately. This should speed things up as I'm Dec 11. Anybody with the same contribution date got their e-mail confirmation from GHL yet?
