I understand it works well with concentrates, but what about bubble hash? Anyone experienced? Cheers
I've tried to reseat the item a hundred times...lol. I also cleaned the contacts, swapped batteries, synced with the app, tried seating without the battery cover, tried seating it backwards, used a different usb cable, heated the unit up before charging, and even prayed for a while that it would magically start to work...nothing. I literally tried anything I could think of to kick start the charge but to no avail.Did you send it in yet? If not try re-seating it a few times, and make absolutely sure the contacts on the back are touching the contacts on the cradle. I have found the cradles to be a little temperamental. Also try another USB charging block.
Also (duh!) make sure there's a battery in the unit. Try both batteries too...one could be faulty.

I'll bet if you get a mouthpiece to @Ratchett , he can come up with an adapterMy most anticipated packages always have the least tracking.
No updates since Sunday... But I'm still thinking I'll receive it before the estimated FedEx date.

Me too! I asked FedEx to hold it at its local store for pickup since I don't want an over-$300 package sitting on my porch in the city all day. This caused the tracking info to push it until tomorrow but thankfully it reverted back to pickup for today. Can't wait to try it!My black FF2 shows on FedEx truck for delivery today. I'll be sure to post first impressions later tonight.
Yes unit itself does heat up but when I talked to customer support they told me to send the entire package back so that they can determine which piece is at fault. Also yes, I did try different cables, different blocks, and several power sources as well. None was able to get the charger working. Eventually I can to the conclusion that if I need to jump through hoops like this to get a charge then maybe this isn't the item for me. Trust me, I want nothing more than to take this thing for a test ride right now, but if I'm sending it back I don't want there to be any question that it was brand new and out of the box when it didn't work. Oh yeah, I don't have a FF1 or the charger attachments. For the money this thing costs it should be a no brainier to plug in and charge. If I need to find specific cords, blocks, and power sources then this will definitely be getting returned.Wait. The FF works ok with the current, partially-charged batteries? (I assume that's what you mean when you say "heated up".). If that's the case, it's obviously the cradle. (Despite your first impression, the FF itself is very high quality. The cradle....not so sure, based on my own usage.)
Did you try different USB blocks, not just the cable? And a different AC outlet?
You have an external charger for the FF1, or an old FF1? You can undoubtedly charge the new batts that way. Otherwise my advice is just send back the cradle....sounds like the FF works fine.
My fedex last update was Friday at 12:15 AM that left facility and nothing since. Supposedly arriving tomorrow to NYC...anyone else in north east with no updates since Friday?? I'm nervous it took off into stratosphere without me!
