Anyone know of any 420 sales that i can get the Firefly2 for a discount? Or just any decent 420 sale. Thanks in advance!

FF does not allow its retailers to discount their products. You have two choices: full price via an authorized seller, or cheaper via third-party private sale assuming you can find one, in which case you may not have warranty coverage.

As of right now, the FF website says the 2-year warranty IS transferable. Possible typo? Or maybe they're just going the extra mile for their customers? :)

It is technically transferable. But who knows what you are buying when you don't purchase from authorized sellers? That's why I said "may not" rather than just "not". :lol:

Caveat emptor and all that. The salient point, however, is that FF doesn't allow discounts outside of whatever occasional sale price they offer, 4/20 or not.

Umm because I have the damn email to prove it. The are offering a black one instead if I want it shipped Friday or else wait within tens days.

Sounds like someone is pretending it's April 1 and is trying to be funny
Yah like I've got nothing better to do then to post fake info.

It is true. I also have an email saying I can change to black and ship by Fri, or keep it blue and it will ship within 10 days.

I was one of the first to preorder according to the email. They said within ten days they will ship.

Well shit. I ordered a blue one (February 29), and got the same email. And after just poking fun at our impatience to get our FF2s, this morning.

Oh the irony.

The blue is so pretty...

I haven't received any email yet about my blue order, but if / when I do, I'm just going to wait it out. What's a few more days when I've been waiting for nearly 2 months...

I think I may wait it out. The blue ones are stateside so I can't imagine it being much longer. My mighty can get me through.

Yeah, I ordered on 2/29. (I have been meaning to chime in here for a bit now. I bought a FF1 last year used on craigslist and loved it enough right away that one of the first things I said at the time was "when they release a v.2 of this I will be first in line".) I am also going to wait for the blue. My FF1 is going fine, although my Grasshopper did pick a crap time to stop working again. (Technically still working, just won't shut off unless I physically remove the battery...)

I'd take any color right now. Its probably a $30 top to change between them. I believe that is the only color on the entire device + its always good to have spare parts.

I want one BAD.

Sorry to hear about your GH @pushpaw , I know how that goes. Mine has been out of commission for the last 2 weeks and is finally coming back from warranty repair by the weekend. I cannot wait. On-demand convection has spoiled me and it will be awesome to have the FF2 in rotation as well, whenever it gets here.

Oh Guys I apologize for thinking this was some 4/20 prank. Some guy posted 4/1 how he got his FF2 and I've been scarred since.

I'm truly sorry for your dilemma...don't eat the marshmallow it's only ten days is my two cents. Also first batch usually has most bugs...

Today is April 20. I received an email from Firefly saying that there is a ten day or so delay for my gold Firefly, and that I can change to a black model and have it real soon. This is no joke, my friends. I would NEVER joke about something like this, unless it is April 1st. Then there is no joke about Firefly shipping dates that can possibly be funny enough. See my posting on April Fool's Day. I really crack myself up.

Hello FC!!

Long time lurker, 1st time poster!

Pre-ordered a blue FF2 on March 1st at 4pm (on confirmation e-mail) and am VERY excited about it! I even upgraded my ancient cellphone so I can actually use the app, my phone was that old lol, SO now I have a fancy new Nexus 6p to use with my FireFly2.

I have yet to receive any notice about the blue FF2 delay. the last communication was the confirmation e--mail after I ordered. I'm happy to wait the extra time for the blue if necessary, Canadian customs is likely to take longer than any delay would.

Have any fellow Canadians received a delay e-mail?

I got my email today about my blue as well, I promptly replied for them to switch mine to black so I can have it shipped by this friday! happy fo'twenny everyone! *klink's firefly1*
