Edited Post : I did not want my comments to be taken as more than MY Opinion. I did not inted to say anything misleading or malicious toward any manufactureer or thier product. Only talking!
Greetings All !
I am a well experienced Canadian herb enthusiast and have used a few units, I am looking to buy my very first vaporizer! Actually funny enough... I was in the glass blowing industry for a long time.I was never a glass blower, just the design and bussiness guy!. I lived in India and designed and manufactured glass bongs/pipes/bowls/glass-on-glass ect while my business partner wholesaled here in Canada... he still does ... my path lead a different way. ...lol... anyway...!
I have used a few units b4 and I am looking for a few things-
the best possible vaporizer for my health
the best possible vaporizer for my money
-reliable manufacture/customer service
-most reliable/safe unit on the market
I know I ask a lot. But IMO this is the way to be!
I have used a Volcano b4 and I am not satisfied with only bags nor am I quite so certain about some of the parts used in its construction... IMO
*IMO* Da Buddha is expensive Chinese junk.
This is my opinion only, many think it is great and I also think it is much much better than many other units, I am just not sold on the manufactures info of the product. To me it seems unclear who is actually making the unit.. Again I am not 100% sold on the components of the unit or their composition. Only My opinion. Although I do like the SSV..(quality unit) they are not for me.
IMO.... I have used some box style including HotBox and VaporBros box style knock offs including the GotVape Aroma classic which IMO is a cheap unit with a whip with glue in it !! I have seen one melting b4.. humm... yummy glue vapor?!?! IMO some of the people that I see use many of the box styles over heat and vaporize more than THC... (but that is NOT all people or all box units!) .. IMO .. Most of them are put together with the lowest quality parts available. IMO ...
Although there are quality box style vaporizers out there!!
Now after much reading and video watching and e-mailing, I have decided that this is the most unbiased, informative and best communities and resources for vaporization and it's tools. So many companies set up completely biased uninformative BULL SH*T web sites, review sites and shamelessly "kick-back" consumers to make seemingly "unaffiliated" reviews and post videos. IT IS ALL GARBAGE!!!!... I just want to get the healthiest, safest, best, priced and best preforming unit on the market!! And want to find more people that agree with such than just the manufacturer and companies, consumers profiting from the products! Mind you , I do realize there are some genuinely happy consumers that rave and post vids about products only because they love them!! It is just hard for the average joe/jane to wade through all of the information... I mean come on there is sites and sites, and reviews and videos, and pod casts and blogs and and and ....... I spent days going through all of this junk before I could get anything real! There are not many unaffiliated sites out there that have many users and manufactures and retail companies all posting in great harmony! *** WAY TO GO FUCK COMBUSTION!!!***
I have got my choice down to two ( and I will prob end up owning both ) and I need to decide what to do for my first one!
Extreme Q - I am most impressed with all that I have read about it and the company and its customer service! Also I have had some great contact with Debbie @ Arizer and she had a direct and timely answer for me when I asked about the materials mmainly concerning the metals in their screens. She said this:
Thank you for your email.
All our Screens and made to our specifications, they are made of Stainless Steel / Titanium blend. We have carefully sourcedpartsfrom all over the world and have gone to great lengths the past yearsto source and use onlysafeparts, from glass to silica free ceramics, there are no glues, pcb's are lead free, all accessories are medical/food grade etc...All structure materials used inside are ofsafenon-toxicmaterials and are temperature heat rated much higher then the heater can go at maximum temperature. Boththe Extreme and V-Tower are assembled here in Canada with parts comingfromUSA,Germany,Japan, Korea, and Taiwan.
If I can be of further assistance please let me know.
Have a Wonderful Easter Weekend."
Best Regards
Debbie
The main concern I have is the materials in the metals.. I know that titanium is very resistant to reactions with heat.. it takes extreme temperatures to produce and vapors or gases... The stainless I am not so sure about... it is made with chromium and can react or oxidize at a much lower temp.. but I am not sure. .. also wonder about lead free solder and parts on the inside??
Can any one help? I have asked for some more info from Debbie.. I am sure she will get back to me... just looking for some 'third party' info!!
I am biased towards this Canadian company because they are very local to me and I like to support my country. Not to knock Americans or products made in the USA!
Vapor Bros. - I really like the ceramic screens and the new ez change whip and they also claim to have there elements and screens tested by third party... although no one can find the reports!..lol..... all and all they seem to be a health conscious... assembled in the USA and seems to be used and supported by the medical marijuana community..
Although I am sure both good units.. I am looking for some thoughts and opinions on the two and the Metal screens mostly.
In know both of the units that I mentioned are completely different, in style and composition. I was hoping anyone with experience with both or either can offer some thoughts, maybe Some one with some scientific knowledge about the metals in the screens used by EQ could weigh in on this one? Like I said I am probably going to eventually get both if I can...although I am only going to buy one now... and I am sure it will be while until I can get another unit.
Since I am posting this in this forum, and by the tone of my post, I am sure some of you know which unit I have semi decided on.
Some units also seriously Considered:
Herbalaire-Extreme seems to have way better reviews.... any thoughts? (I did read the comparison forum already)
Purple Days- Would like to get one eventually .. wait list to long for immediate needs.. may look @ Pandora unit in the future. Looks like a health conscious unit. Unit seems extra solid for travel needs.
Aromed - Little out of my price range right now.. maybe one day.
Thanks.. looking forward to buying one ASAP !!!..lol...
Well long first post... but.. here I am. Happy Vaporizing All!!!

UPDATE APRIL 4: Steve got back to me already and filled me in on the exact type of stainless they use in the screens. Great people this Arizer company!!!
Steve here, thanks for your email and comments.
I'm not sure on the ceramic screens, I have some but they seem to char or the resins build up quickly.
Our screens are simply 440 Stainless Steel / Titanium blend, the best we could get made. I'm a very picky person and from all the options we looked this was the safest and also most functional. We've played around with glass screen idea's but haven't come up with any thing that lasts.
Both Vaporizers.ca and Rockwise will treat you right.
Enjoy!
Best Regards,
Steve
