No i've never dropped my Extreme Q. I actually take really good care of it. I'll even take it apart every so often to clean everything. I've sent them pictures of the cracks, as well as the ceramic dust that builds up in the water piece. That's where they tried to revert the whole conversation saying it was my own fault.
Just a heads up to everyone,
if your Arizer vape ever needs to be repaired do not tell them that you've used any kind of water attachment with it. Even though a lot of people do this and newer vapes are designed for this, they will not honor the warranty because they'll say you got water on the heating element and that's why it's falling apart.
I told them that my bubbler is attached thru a 3 foot tube and I always remove it and put it away right after vaping to avoid any evaporation, so I find that very unlikely. I also told them about how ceramic pieces such as domeless nails begin to crack after constant heating and cooling, and it looks as if the heating element is doing the same (i've used it daily for over 4 years).
It's been several days and they won't respond to me at all anymore. They never followed up with a response to that email. Not even on how to get it repaired by a 3rd party (or myself).
Horrible customer service.
edit: Also I never once mentioned it was for cannabis so thats not the reason they won't respond. Basically I called them out on their lies because they thought I was uneducated on the subject, and they stopped responding.
