I won't re-hash the good info you already received from J.R.R.Tokin' and Vaporisateur . . .
IIRC there was a thread started by Pappy specifically to compare DBV and Q. Did you check that? I think the rough consensus is that as far as density the Q's elbow-pack is on par with the DBV but the Cyclone is somewhat less. But that is an "all things being equal" comparison; there are many variables that can affect that, not the least of which is just user personal preference and ancillary factors such as perceived ease of use. This is highly subjective.
Just to add re temp setting and consistency . . . it's already been mentioned that this can vary by strain. There are other variables, too - moisture in the material, grind and tightness and quantity of pack, vape method, user technique, etc. These factors can make the experience either more similar or more different, depending. IMO the Q has more flexibility and subtlety, so to use an overdone cliche, "it's a journey". You'll see that reflected in many comments in this thread as users experiment and learn (and have fun doing so). The DBV by comparison is more of a "slam, bam, thank-you ma'am" vape.
It just can't be pinned down any more precisely than that, which is to re-iterate, both are good machines, both have their fans, and only you can decide through experience which you like most.
