The unit I received from you is
DEFECTIVE and does not work at all. Unit will turn on but temperature will not go above 90 degrees. I have tried several batteries with same results. It is the Unit, not the battery. I have called you everyday for two weeks and sit on hold for over 2 hours every time, with no answer. I have left you messages thru your website with no response. I have left messages on your voicemail, with no response.
What Unacceptable Customer Service
This item also comes with a 10 Year Warranty, but this company cannot offer the Warranty IF
they will not answer their PHONE, CHAT, MESSAGES, or VOICEMAIL.
