Wow.. is that what you got from what I wrote to you? I didn't even give you an additional point after you broke our rules a second time. After being warned. Since you feel that this forum is so biased, you wont mind a little vacation. Perhaps you could read the rules while you're away.

Second session with the Honeybird went much better. Just by tilting the device slightly towards your face as you hit it, this allows it to bubble up nicely. I love how cool the vapor is even at 420 F, and no cotton mouth. On the downside, some water dripped down through the mouthpiece, into the flavor chamber and even the oven. I had to clean it thoroughly after that.

I had a Nectar Collector before so I was already familiar but after putting water in shake it a little and the excess water will drop out the bottom. Then you'll have the max amount and won't have to worry about it dripping into the IQ.

Boost down. The temp drops rapidly, so it's the same effect as turning it off and back on (minus 10 button presses).

Third session with the Honeybird - no water dripping this time. This simple accessory has elevated the IQ to being my favorite portable vaporizer, perhaps even above the Mighty (if only because I don't have a water attachment for mine). The only two drawbacks were the larger-than-necessary oven size and slightly harsher vapor at high temps compared to the Mighty. The Honeybird attachment makes this the smoothest portable vaping experience possible. When the oven spacers come out, everything will be perfect.

Once in precision mode how do u easily get it back to path mode. I get it there eventually by clicking the control button but that does not always work

The IQ should switch right back into Smart Path mode by pressing the control button just once.

Purchased my IQ today from a LHS for a super deal!!!!

I'm digging it for what it is...and IMO it's the best looking portable vape I have ever held.

The attention to detail is superior.

I only feel I need to get it dialed in a little more to get the most from it.

Wish the boost mode took it above 430 too.

You have to be careful sometime to not cough or blow back into the Honey-bird while it is on the IQ. When that happens air is forced back into the tube and it pushes water down into the mouthpiece and flavor chamber. Luckly there are no exposed wires or electronics in that path so your IQ should be fine.

DAVINCI PLEASE HELP ME ? !!

The unit I received from you is DEFECTIVE and does not work at all. Unit will turn on but temperature will not go above 90 degrees. I have tried several batteries with same results. It is the Unit, not the battery. I have called you everyday for two weeks and sit on hold for over 2 hours every time, with no answer. I have left you messages thru your website with no response. I have left messages on your voicemail, with no response.

What Unacceptable Customer Service

This item also comes with a 10 Year Warranty, but this company cannot offer the Warranty IF they will not answer their PHONE, CHAT, MESSAGES, or VOICEMAIL.

I need a FULL Amounted REFUND ASAP or I will have my Credit Card take the Money Back from you.

I'm not sure if you can see this response during your time-out but I have escalated this issue with our CS team will be contacting you today. I'm not sure about your previous ticket but we did receive your ticket# 24962 this afternoon and Tim from our CS team will help you. Somethings that you might be able to try before they get in contact would be to perform a Factory rest on the IQ by pressing and holding all 3 buttons for 10 seconds while the IQ is powered OFF. That would reset anything in the software that might be effecting your IQ. If not we will open a warranty claim for you and send you a replacement.

I remember dealing with davinci at the ascents release and it was no picNick
...after the initial rush, their customer service bordered great...but feeling ignored is rough.

Am I the only one NOT feeling boost mode? Especially since it doesn't exceed max temps...seeing 450 on the apps graph makes me want to hit it

Nothing ruins a draw like an unsuspecting particle in the throat.

I know it adds some metal to the vapor path but it's far enough from the heater to not add taste

Hey that's a nifty idea. In my experience, I only get herb in the mouthpiece if I draw too hard. You're supposed to gently pull on the IQ. But this would be really useful for when I'm vaping with that friend who always pulls too hard, haha.

I contact post canada and they said that i need a tracking number or they can do nothing about that and i should contact Davinci CS. But Davinci told me that my order is shipped and they can do nothing about my tracking number.

Davinci should delivery order in Priority delivery service. So my order should be delivery in 1 or 2 day business day, so Monday or Tuesday and i didnt receive it yet ... I think they are lying to me, but maybe i'm impatient too. Someone else had a issue like that ? @Davinci_vaporizer

That is a neat little hack! You should only ever have herb particles get that far if you are grinding your herb really fine. Me personally I like to hand grind my herbs like if I was breaking up herb for a blunt or a quick pipe hit. Really great results and minimal herb floaters.
