probably sold outAnyone know what happened to the water attachment on Davinci's website?
Usually even if it's sold out it's still there, can't even find itprobably sold out
Last time the honey bird combos were sold out and the listing disappeared from the site until more were back in stock.Usually even if it's sold out it's still there, can't even find it
the 10f to 14mm male is clutch and i have been able to use it with just about every piece of glass i haveStill waiting on my Mighty RMA. Meanwhile...
Got the OEM 10mm -> 14mm glass adapter. Excellent accessory and highly recomended. It's a very straight forward connection, but one nice feature is that they include a small section of clear glass between the two frosted sections so that you can see how your vapor production is going. The connection between the zirconia and the glass feels quite good too.
The IQ with a water tool is excellent. I'm cranking it up to 395 to start the session and waiting about a minute after reaching target temp to hit it. I'm also using a slightly looser pack so that the draw isn't too restricted.
If you haven't added one of these to your kit, do it. Do it now.
it SHOULD be safe to use...but you should get it replaced soon.Hey guys, I have been monitoring this thread for a long time. I thought i was lucky since i haven't had any issues with my IQ. But last week my bad luck started. While I was deep cleaning my IQ, i was trying to remove the zirconia ball from the little connector and the connector broke off of the plate and is lodged inside the zirconia ball. I have continued vaping by putting the ball on top of the load, but the taste seems to be a little off. The next thing that happened was the magnet near the mouth piece detached from its original location. Now every time i open the mouthpiece, the magnet sticks to where the battery is located and is quite annoying to re position it each time i open the top part of the IQ. Finally, today I noticed a crack in the oven. Ive tried calling and emailing CS to no avail for 2 weeks. I Pmed @Davinci_vaporizer last Thursday and received no response yet but I'm sure he will get back to me here as most people with issues have gotten a response on this forum. I really loved the IQ while it was all in one piece and I hope something can be done to fix my situation. I have attached an imgur link with pictures to better explain this scenario. Does anyone have any advice in regards to continuing using my vape and any other tips?

You could glue the magnet back on, but per the DaVinci rep you really should RMA the unit sooner than later because of the oven crack.Hey guys, I have been monitoring this thread for a long time. with the issue described, you should receive a new unit (since the bowl appears to have a non linear crack)
keep the ALL the accesories when you send it back when you get the green light

I have had luck with chat on the website during hours.
A lot of folks never mess with taking the pearl off the post for cleaning, only lightly cleaning in place.

unfortunately not...only god knows! if i remember correct the last estimation from member posts, it was at 2-3 weeksGot you. Thanks for the info. Would you happen to know how long this RMA process would take?
Peace all!
I have had some battery issues. I tried to make my way through some earlier discussion, but got lost quick without just asking.
Should I be looking to use something else besides the "stock" batteries that I got from Davinci? (I know my bud @Baron23 is expert on this kind of stuff)
Thanks in advance.

I kept everything except the batteryDoes this include the ball, pick tool, and battery?
Got you. I messaged Davinci on Facebook and they told me someone from CS will get in contact with Me today. I hope they keep their word. I miss using my IQ and it's only been 3 days smh. I'm going on a one week vacation in March 10th and was really hoping to use my IQ during it, but based on how long the RMA takes, I might have to get it delivered to my vacation house lol.I kept everything except the battery
definitely won't make it unless you are one of the super lucky people. They had my faulty unit for about 10 days before I received the email with an invoice for a new unit. Actually you have a very obvious crack so maybe they'll just take one look and order you a new unit without having to perform any kind of testing. Then, it's another day before it ships and 2 to 3 days for delivery.Got you. I messaged Davinci on Facebook and they told me someone from CS will get in contact with Me today. Same issue with the Ascent glass spacers. Waiting for little Zirconia pre load capsules that slide out of the bowl as easily as the flavor chamber slips out. Then you won't need glass/poker/brush for every dump reload, you'll just pop in a new capsule. How much could they charge for that? The glass spacers are just ok in my opinion, they do their job, but I would have designed them like the cap of the flavour chamber, so you can use the tool to pick the (hot) spacer out.
Well put; but I wouldn't put the Crafty over the IQ, as it doesn't perform up to par.The IQ is way sexier, way stealthier and way cooler than the Mighty or Crafty. Those three things aside...Mighty or Crafty by a mile. No contest IMO.
Agreed.i just cannot get the mighty to falter.
Lastly, cleaning is much easier. IMO the IQ is a pain to clean, and the inaccessible area in between the oven and "flavour chamber" is just poor design.
Yup, Ascent was the sameIt took me a bit to realize that the IQ needs to start at a higher temp than the Mighty,
You should get to keep it nowDaVinci sent me their original vaporizer, not the IQ.
