I received my tracking today. It was shipped USPS First Class though, so I'm not expecting to have it in my hands for around 3 weeks if it ends up in customs, which I'm pretty sure it will. Bracing myself for the customs charges now. Wish it had gone FedEx or USPS Priority, it would have been much quicker. Anyway, I'm done with getting worked up about it and it's nice to know it's on it's way at last. Swapping to the Puck does make up for it too I suppose. It won't be long for the rest of you IGG internationals to get your tracking now, hold tight as best you can!
And yes, we should be getting a Hydrafoot if you're an IGG order, all the US guys did. Looking forward to seeing what the mystery gift is going to be too!

Hmm, 4 wristbands and a Hydrafoot 
Pretty sure the domestic orders did actually come with a Hydrafoot and a couple of wristbands, so looks like all we're getting is two extra wristbands!

For some reason I was sure that EB deal came with Hydrafoot ... at least I remember and I was kinda hoping that we'd get the dry mouthpiece...
But... Its all good
Weird, I was sure the EB deal came with a Hydrafoot too, and I'm pretty sure I heard from at least one domestic IGG contirbutor that his package included a foot too.

Yeah I also remember this being covered multiple times ages ago that hydrafoot was to be included for all EB and Fanatics. Shame they have gone back on this as well.

I'm glad it didn't go FedEx though because they always hit me with £60+ charges and I don't have that sort of expendible cash at the moment!

It doesn't have an estimate yet, but I've shipped a lot of packages from the US with USPS First Class and Priority, and that's how it usually is for items that get stuck in customs. If we get lucky and it manages to get through customs unnoticed, then it could be here in 7-10 days. But if the value has been declared on the outside of the package and it says $500 then we're most likely screwed and will be getting charged over £60, same as with FedEx. FedEx normally seem to come through customs quicker but get hit with charges nearly every single time. USPS stuff can take anything up to 2 weeks to come through customs if they're going to put charges on it.

Not trying to look a gift horse in the mouth here, but it seems to me that the hydrafoot isn't really a free gift...
I mean, there's the link @vapecat posted that links to SM saying that early birds and fanatics get a hydrafoot, and I just asked in the EVO thread and a few members confirmed they did indeed get a hydrafoot...
I'm not really phased as I'm just happy to be finally getting my EVO, but it still seems a bit odd...
Plus I've gotten the free upgrade to the puck hydratube, so that's kinda like a free gift in and of itself

Please note that the following thought is purely a highdea, and I in no way expect it to be the case, but how mind blowingly awesome would it be if we all open up our EVO packages and it turned out the SM meant the gift was a hydrafoot 2.0
Given the retail value of the HF2.0 it'd probably send VXL broke to do it, but hey, I can daydream

I did NOT get a hydrofoot in my US IGG package.
Some may have, but no, not every US one did.
I did get a few wristbands, and several ELBs, but no foot.
There were a lot of ideas thrown about until production actually happened, but when shipping started, at least my IGG EB/Fanatic did not have a hydrofoot.

Could someone from vapexhale please explain what is happening with the preorders as I have posted several emails to them and not received any reply at all,this really is turning into a bad joke just either if send my pre order this week or cancel my order please just had enough

Hey everyone. I thought it was time I finally made an account and shared how I felt.
Even though we are at the very end and I haven't tested the EVO, I'm pretty disappointed with how things have gone. I feel like we were told just one more week since October. It was pretty obvious to Vapexhale that this wasn't going to happen, but they just kept our hopes up. It was pretty tiring honestly. I understand that this wasn't just a preorder and that it takes longer to build something from "scratch", but they had to either know they were never going to meet their deadline or their planning was simply bad. We are pretty far from October, and I'm still waiting for a tracking number.
Everyone keeps saying that we should respect Vapexhale because they are one of us, well I don't want to hear it. I feel continually lying to customers about deadlines is wrong. I helped fund the creation of this vape and anyone can order it now and still have it well before me. International customers were never told we were on the back burner with a different schedule!
Now to add on that, Vapexhale is going to drop the gift to international customers? I wasn't expecting anything before it was announced, but then I realized that we really do deserve it. We funded this vaporizer just like everyone else, are paying 50 extra for shipping and more for import taxes, and we have had to deal with this whole mess. Now they are just going to forget it like they did with all the deadlines they mentioned in the past?
The Dragons Clouds Challenge would be pretty cool to. But only one person will be getting anything. It really seems like it's just for some advertising on social media websites as well. Did I mention I can't compete because I will never have an EVO by the deadline? haha.

Not weighing in on the international IG subject because I don't know any of the details and just returned to this thread after a long absence. I am fortunate enough to have gotten my EVO back in January as I am located in the U.S. I saw in the other thread that people were asking about what IG orders received and I felt it was more appropriate here. I received two ELBs, two VXL wristbands, and a hydrafoot with my Early Bird package (in addition to the box/unit/cord/HT 
). YMMV.

Yeah this has severely taken the piss, not to mention after the original cloud mess. It seems getting a VXL product isn't all that easy.
People in the other evo thread are talking about how VXL support is taking ages to get back to folk, seems like VXL could use some more staff though I don't know the ins and outs of it.
Here we are, 1 week since the umpteenth deadline, no shipping confirmation, no tracking number. I hate to say it but this is more and more what I expect from VXL.
I'm still not that bothered, like I've said for ages I've kinda' felt like its never gonna show up so when it does it will just be a big +++. I try not to think about it too much.
Also would have infinitely prefered priority shipping vs a hydrafoot that I probably won't get.

I had a good discussion with support via email on Monday about swapping to a SwaggerPuck and because this wouldn't fit in my TravelBuddy I was actually going to order another HydraTree to go in the case.
Heard nothing yesterday even though I emailed to remind them and am attempting to spend another $250 with Vapexhale. So yes their support does seem rather hit and miss, I too have had nothing sent as yet, nearly another week after the final final final final final dispatch date...
I'd have preferred priority shipping too although what is really concerning me is the fact that even though I've begged them not to, Vapexhale have told me that they have to include the invoice in the package for 'legal reasons' (unspecified) and, what with the SwaggerPuck and new tube, the total invoice will be around a $1000 so I'm looking at a tax bill of hundreds of pounds probably. Ace.
Also here is the email from support replying to my question about whether I needed to buy a HydraFoot separately- dated 24th January:

I changed for the SwaggerPuck as well. It was actually a hard choice. I've never had anything limited edition and those opals were sweet. I wonder if I could get someone "local" to do some work on a hydratube.
I understand them needing to declare the item to customs and an invoice, but I paid 500... not 1000. The invoice should simply state something along the lines of EB Package: EVO+HydraTube=$500, no?

I understand the reasons they have to declare everything it's just a bit frustrating as other companies I've ordered from in the US have (cough) removed the invoice or fiddled the pricing slightly to avoid me being stung for megabucks. I was thinking $1000 worst case scenario if they put the full price of the SwaggerPuck on there and $250 for the extra tube I am getting- that's if they want my money and actually get back to me so I can order it of course.

SM said they were gonna run a special dragon cloud comp for intl Evo owners, and it'll be based on their opinions/favourites instead of social media votes.

That makes things a little better. I never like complaining but things really have been frustrating. I will probably feel better once I get a tracking number; congrats by the way.
