International Customers, First off, let me personally apologize to each and everyone one of you. We planned on shipping everything on Wednesday, and here we are on a Saturday morning still trying to get everything together. The good news is that all the EVOs have been built, tested, and ready to ship out. The bad news is, in the rush to get these out the door, 14 Early Bird HydraTubes met their demise. Getting replacements for these will take a couple of weeks so we wanted to offer any Early Bird contributor a choice to upgrade to a SwagCycler or SwaggerPuck. These tubes are roughly $95 more than our standard SwaggerTurbine and hopefully an acceptable alternative for those interested in swapping HydraTubes. We have limited amounts of each of these tubes so for those interested in upgrading, please let us know what your preference is between the tubes in case we run out of either SwagCyclers or GriddedPucks. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we will be working all weekend so that we can ship these out as soon as possible.
Free upgrade?
In my understanding, they dare to ask us, the intl contributors who have been waiting for 8 months, for additional 95$ (or wait a few more weeks).
That doesn't make it clear at all if you have to pay the $95 or if that's just the value of the tubes and its a free upgrade.
That's what I thought while reading it, it would be punching you in the face but handing you some ice for the swelling if you had to pay.If you had to pay that he wouldn't be speaking in that calming way i think.
They made it pretty clear that the IGG price did not include shipping, and that shipping fees would need to be paid once they were ready for delivery.Last week I purchased a mobius 60b stereo matrix bubbler from aqualabs paid $68.00 postage and it took 4 days to arrive,so why when you buy anything from vapexhale you end up getting hammered for extra postage this end and have to wait over 2 weeks for delivery,like someone else said sending out the newsletter to us really does take the piss.still not even had a email to confirm my shipping address,oh we'll at least the solo and plenty work well with the mobius.

Did you get an automated mail confirming your support mail came in and a case was opened?
If not it' s best to resend the mail to make sure it comes up in the support system from what I read
I didn't understand from the update whether all HTs broke or only some.
As an Early Bird, do I still have the option to take one of the HTs that didn't break or I must wait now a few weeks if I don't intend to add more money?
Anyway I don't know what "we will be working over the weekend" means if the most basic task of responding to my ticket hasn't been done.
SM55 - Does the Early Bird HT come with a HydraFoot? I see the SwaggerCycle and SwaggerPuck don't come with a foot when purchased normally.
Is anyone getting any responses from the support email? i haven't received any for several days. I am getting so sick of this whole situation and find it very unprofessional and simply rude to not get a reply.
And yes I have resent the messages, I've just gone for a third attempt.
Had a message at weekend to say would be shipped today. So I'm expecting an email today. But U.S is 7hrs behind so not expecting to hear anything till this eve.
