TM2 PH and Tiodw Plus 2.0 cured my VAS
A thread for all the various Tiodw models from b2cvape on aliexpress

I went with a Tiodw Plus 2.0 as my first ball vape purchase about 2 months ago, after being intrigued by the design, material, and price point. I went with the standard Ti bowl for this unit, grabbed 2.5mm sphere cut rubies from a separate source for the fill medium, and use a dabpress PID I acquired separately (PID settings: P-43, I-200, D-3).
I've ordered a few things off aliexpress before, but this was easily the fastest shipping I've ever had at 9 days. The packaging from b2c was spartan, but also still included things like bubblewrap, so fine in my book. I put all the metal parts through deep cleaning with iso, and removed a couple small pieces of titanium shavings that were still on the unit from the milling process (these came off extremely easily and no more have arisen to cause any other issues, so I won't really fault them for this either, although this should be part of basic aftercleaning).
As far as long term impressions go, this thing absolutely cleared any and all expectations of what I had for ball vapes. Personally, I have absolutely no interest in any other metal wired ball vape; the only others I'm interested in are one wireless unit, and one made from Zirconia to see what the material differences are for myself. This thing roasts bowls extremely evenly, and can get a very thorough roast even at lower temperatures. I run my PID at 393 F, and still manage to reliably get milk-to-dark chocolate colored brown roasts with absolutely no green overtones left. There's absolutely no lighter ring around the edge; the only color difference is on the side that's in direct contact with the screen underneath.
A lot of this comes from the unique design. Unlike most other wired ballers, the plus 2.0 extends about half of its extended barrel coil over the bowl itself, rather than just keeping it around the rubies on top. Coupled with using the ti bowl, this adds much more conduction into the bowl than you'd get from a standard ball vape, save for if you were using a heated bowl like a vulcan. The thermometer on the coil also ends up responding a little differently than other ball vapes; placing the heater on the bowl causes the thermometer reading to drop by about 30deg over the next minute or so, which gives you a nice indicator of when to start hitting the bowl (about 40 sec in, when the temperature starts to rebound back upwards from its lowest point).
I'll be very upfront that I don't have any other ball vapes to compare this to, so all my hype could just be me being very impressed by the ball vape format generally. But from what I've seen from other ball vape owners, it definitely seems at the very least like the plus 2.0 punches well above its price point. Start to finish my whole setup was <$200, and it outperforms results I've seen from $300+ vapes.
Anyway, I'm excited to hear about which models all of you own, and your impressions of them! While I probably won't be getting any of the other models myself, I'm sure there are at least a couple other pretty interesting ones.
edit: of course i made this thread after ripping a bowl, and didn't realize that I actually made it in the wrong subforum not sure if there's a way for me to delete and remake or if it needs to be manually moved by a mod
