Thank you for understanding me.
Still, I prefer to wait a year, rather than try and fail every time.
It will be almost 8 months since I try to get one! From my point of view and my experience with this company and this lottery it is the same for me.
A year to fail, or a year to be patient and be sure to have it, I much prefer the second option.
going for a custom slot is easier (given it works softwarewise, which it did before this drop). and i take every order that gets in, also the oversold ones. contrary to this i cannot fulfill the oversold orders on prebuilt units since its physically not possible, however someone mentioned it before, if you get refunded twice you can get a custom build slot with increased building time. so in a way the custom slots are something between the prebuilt lottery and a 2 year+ waitlist.
personally i cant do waitlists and therefor i can also not support having a waitlist for these products. not speaking of the admin effort of managing a waitlist (i started with one). so this is the system i chose. i am sorry if it is frustrating for you but thank you very much for the interest!

Je comprends votre problème, vous avez une énorme demande pour une production plus faible. Parfois, la frustration fait oublier toute logique ...
Si je comprends bien lors de la prochaine vente du tetra dual si j'arrive à en obtenir un même si quelqu'un d'autre l'avait avant moi, vous pouvez quand même le faire pour moi?
Si c'est le cas, cela me donne de l'espoir pour la prochaine vente.
well, duals are a bit tricky since i only have a very limited number of mods to build. but there will be plenty more tetra p80s and i can certainly give custom slots for two refunds for this item.

You can absolutely use the Milaana stems. I’ve been using a short smoked XL8R in my P80 daily.

@funkyjunky can you post pics of the wenge/blueboxelderburl and blueboxelderburl/aluminuminlay? I didn’t see them attached. I wanted to look at these beauties again!

yes I thought it was my phone, then i tried incognito mode then tried without logging in, nothing worked, p80s disappeared, I was able to checkout with a premade tetrax though - it was giving me script errors all the time, and I kept just loggin in/out trying in incognito mode and somehow it went through.
On my duals at one point it worked, started to checkout then on step 2 of billing it wouldn't take the next button and gave crazy script errors

My CC fraud alert was triggered, which screwed me. Had to respond to a text and try again. I tried to call the CC company the other day, but I was having such a hard time getting through to a real person, and gave up.
Guess I gotta figure that out next time...

Thanks for the pictures @funkyjunky I love the variety within drops but drop to drop is even more varied! The elm burl is my favourite but there's something for everyone. Keep up the amazing work!
That reminds me of getting really stoned and taking a shower and while closing my eyes I'll get some funky effects dancing in my vision. Combined with feel of the running water and noise blocking out the outside world it's a little surreal. I need to try a sensory deprivation tank after a big bowl, I'm sure that would be even better!

I agree this one^ is phenomenal, was it a lucky prebuilt or custom creation @funkyjunky? Multiwood layers in the zigzag? I think I see some Canary at least maybe? I also was not much of a fan of the pixel cut out, but you turn it on its side to make a diagonal with diamond squares and now I am all over it apparently lol
And this is another gorgeous two-tone, with the sticky bricks logo? I wonder if it is someone from SBL who ordered it? Or just a fanboy lol
Then there's these, you beautiful bastard, I did not know this was a thing that existed?? Is this naturally blue box elder?? Or is there a process where it is dyed or something? I always loved flame box elder, but had no idea of these crazy color versions!
Is this one^ red box elder? I see a little green in there too, well the blue did have some red spots in it...
Also this^ is the other floral looking heater cut out I was talking about, this is different than the standard floral cutout, but how do you refer to it? I like it better than the standard floral (I like that you added a bird to that purple one though) and the pixel personally...

I'm not replying to you to call you out specifically just to discuss this topic:
Is going for a custom actually easier? I mean how much easier? It feels to me like the SECOND this drop is live pre-built sells instantly, and custom sells out probably the minute after. So it gives me like 30-60 more seconds?
Really the way I see this, this will end up being an auction for some(if they can afford to pay more, otherwise they're priced out.. I'll just pay $300-$400 and someone can pocket $150 free. At this point, I know I'll never even get to the rejected payment stage. It's been a year so I've spent more than enough time than paying $100+ extra rather than wasting time trying to hit each drop and failing is worth it.
Edit: there were no custom p80's adding salt to the wound. From what I've seen the dual is heavier and less easy to handle compared to the P80, so I'm actually buying something I don't even want just to get a tetra product. Thinking about it, if I don't have a P80 by year end, I'll just put bounties out for it instead. Just cheaper to pay more at this point for me personally.
