Lamart will close the shop the 24th of march for a few months so I think you should ask him if you can send it now or wait his come back

Has anyone ever had any issues getting a refund from Lamart? I 'scored' a custom from the last drop custom TP80s were offered (6/12/2022). After literally years of back and forth with Ralph (and paying him additional monies for the customizations after his mockups) I finally asked for a refund in January of this year b/c he obviously doesn't prioritize customs (and didn't seem like he was ever going to fulfill the request.) He said he issued the refund in January but I have yet to see anything on my CC account to that effect - anyone else ever struggle with getting a refund back from him on a credit card?

LOL. Patience I got! Thank you for helping set my expectations, I know Ralph has a ton going on with trying to fulfill everyone's orders!
My wait has been a bit longer than that, but I am hopeful it turns up soon.
I did not know, I really hope I hear back from him before he goes on break!

Ralph let me know my order was ready but was sidelined into the cue for custom work. He gave me an idea of the timeframe, and while I'd love some art, I opted to receive the unit without. It arrived yesterday and we are getting reacquainted.
Just like several years back, I find myself immediately favoring a wood stem with glass and amaze insert. The combo is so cool, I want to get another wood stem.
My settings were reset and Im needing to dial in that perfect setting again. What temp range have most of you settled into?
I am slowly bumping up to full extraction.
Does anyone have much experience changing settings beyond temp? The mod is quite adaptable, but I never explored... I presume the best settings are still default. Does anyone have a different experience?

Yeah I remember playing around with deeper settings in the past, but I really just use simple cruise (keeping tetra upside down on the bowl on whatever glass piece, removing for each hit to clear fully), temp setting depending on what I'm going for, typically 420-445 for quick one-hitters through water, 375-410 dry with a big cooling hook

Most of the time 215-220C through water at home for the quick extraction. Sometimes a slow session at 180-185C... I prefer the Warmup-to-cruise setting. I know it can do more but it shines with microdoses at higher temperatures! Hitting while it's still warming up can extract even faster.

Did you check the resistance ? Is it still set the same as it's written in the battery door?
Did you check all the other settings?
Did you also try with a new battery ?

I was "forced" to use my P80 after a really really long time, because my other devices were either not working or had no batteries, and oh boy!
I forgot how powerful this little device is!
I remembered not having much success using on demand so I just tried cruise on 200C and god damn, this messed me up big time haha.
Using the bent stem, elbow packing, 2 bowls one after the other- RIP.
So fast and powerful. I remember someone saying its like a portable cloud EVO. It sure felt like that.

I bought the Tetra P80 a couple years ago. Never really used it as I thought it was too nice of a piece to ruin by vaping. Don't know what the hell I was thinking. Now I want to use it.
1. How do I get to the menu?
2. Where can I purchase additional glass stems for $25 or less?
3. I was on the Lamart site but couldn't figure out out to determine prices in US dollars.
It really is a gorgeous device.

The instructions should be available with that? I think you press up and fire at the same time or something...
I think some of the stems are around that price with shipping? The basic ones... There usually is a sale around Black Friday or the end of the year and 420 for 10% off that kind of offsets shipping costs at least...
Otherwise there's the aftermarket I'm sure plenty of people have stems they would sell, and there are plenty of other stems that are not sold by lamart, but perfectly fine to use since tetra has standard fitting connection joint
