Tafée Bowle

I wish, but its the same strains I've been using for awhile.

Most likely I'm just too sensitive.... I'm normally a mouth to lung dude with my other pieces. Fairly low tolerance as well, only vaping 2-3 times a week.

Yea as far as I know I'm the only person who's had this issue so I think its probably a "me" problem. Almost everyone everywhere talks about how smooth the vapor is (they are true! I don't cough at all), but for some reason this irratation only happens with the Bowle. I use temp settings 3 and 4
I think the extra terps may be playing a role because they can definitely irritate the throat. You're correct in thinking that convection devices may also irritate the throat as they generally require longer draws of very hot air. There are some things you can do to mitigate this though.

First, I would keep your stem clean as much as possible. Dirty stems can irritate your throat. Then I would try taking side breaths or "pipe puffs" during your draw to help with reducing inhaled air temp.

Also, a higher temp like level 4 may sometimes be easier on your throat than level 3. Level 4 temps will vaporize your material faster leading to a shorter draw of hot air. You can kill the heater any time you like during the draw to account for things getting too hot for your throat.

Have a look at this thread. Hope it helps.

Any makers on here who'd consider working with me to make this more accessible? A whip attachment would be amazin
I feel like ive seen a ton of people want some form of wpa for the tb1 and 2.
Maybe i saw once or twice that someone figured out some diy, but i can't remember and i dont think ive ever seen specifics.

Its always bothered me, how can this be? that people with all their vapes and accessories, cant find some silicone tubing wide enough to stretch around the mp and connect a whip in that?
Even just a regular whip can stretch quite a bit, and might stetch over the mp, but theres wider whips and tubing available.

Can it really be no ones tried this?

I thought maybe most just dont like silicone, so no ones gonna ruin the flavor of the tb with a silicone tube, but idk that doesnt make too much sense as plenty do use whips.

Or does nothing common stretch wide enough?

I guess this is a question for everyone else, and no help to you, but if no one has tried this(which is hard to imagine), maybe just need to find some wider or more stretchy tubing...

That's very interesting, and makes intuitive sense.

But then why does almost everyone say that the Bowle has the smoothest vapor of all and doesn't even need a water pipe?

Wouldn't vapes with more conduction like S&B/Firewood/Arizer or Lamart (BAKx) be gentler on the throat and lungs?
