An absolute pleasure Brother! Thank you for the kind words.
And no worries man, I too am super busy in the garden and making sure my latest harvest of Blueberry Dream is cured properly (this is merely a Homemade cut of Blue Dream, but the Blueberry Profile is much more dominant than the Super Silver Haze)
Curing Cannabis in Colorado can be a tricky challenge due to the altitude and super dry air.
This harvest smells of fresh baked Blueberry Muffins with a hint of Grapefruit..sooo stoked to sieve this into some great tasting Hash.
Damn, very impressed with that quality with no vac, very nice..
I'll have to dig through my albums to find some Qwiso runs, both vac'd and only very light heat and fan techs.
^^^^^^Hell yeah!!!!
This right here!!!!!
If I'm successful here, you would be my fourth "convert" ...Hardcore Solvent Enthusiasts seeing pictures off my work, ended up saying the same thing, and I taught them my process through PMs..
It is completely different from solvent Extractios, the Taste brother, the taste..
So, mind-blowing.
And then we got the new Rosin Tech... Making even the contanimate bags, into dabbable oils...The Capitate Glandular Head is a magical endeavor....
"Herb is the messenger, Bubble is the message "
Thank you for the sentiment my friend, looking forward to many posts of value with you!
Thanks so much Boog!!
Yeah man, DSW is the originator of the 10 second sift tech, he can be abrasive at times, but I would too if people stole my tech, and claimed it to be their own.
-but that's a whole can of worms I don't care to open... Lol
YES^^^^^^ This Brother!
It may seem that I'm hating on BHO, but I am not... I simply want everyone I care about know, that true bliss of the Cannabis plant lies within unadulterated Glandular Heads, Solvents are relatively new in this culture, and what I'm seeing is unscrupulous profiteering from companies.
While traditional sieving techniques have been around for thousands of years.
Also; many of my acquaintances are now looking to sell their BHO gear, like CLS, Ovens etc...
I fully support anyone looking to switch to the Solventless movement.
The non-polar properties of Butane embodies a hygroscopic character, meaning that the raw BHO has the propensity and the desire to pull water into the solution, this is why I eliminated water in my purging process when I was cranking out BHO Runs.
I Use sand as opposed to water for my "Heat Bath"
-I put the sand in a Deep Dish Griddle, then my chamber gets nestled into the sand, then more sand is added around the base of the Chamber.
Exactly!! When we freeze fresh plant material, there is a great deal of water inside the plant matter (even more so with chopping while extremely wet)
When water freezes, it expands causing the cell walls in the leaf to rupture releasing chlorophyll, plant waxes and lipids.
This is a topic I got in many debates over....
I do not like freezing my material period. Whether solvent or water ....
Wait until the material is dry to the touch, and she is primed for solvent extraction.
I did however freeze my Butane.
I take the same approach with my Bubble, however I like to cure the material prior to extraction.
Before the cure, THC is still in its acidic form, locked into its carboxyl group (THC-A) which creates hard, shatter like resin.
Here is some bubble that was processed while fresh, but not wet, nor frozen.
I called that batch "Bubble GlHash " as she literally was like glass, super shardy, but the high was more localized to the Head, , intense heady high that was short lived.
I think you're right man, all the "crap" was released on the first blast, the second slab looks extremely stable.. I'm guessing she is very brittle?
Great job man!
Hope I helped clear some things up my friend.
A few more fresh run Bubble pics..
^^^
All completely dabbable, and left just a tad of residuals on the nail, which is simply the wax membrane that encase the Trichome and the cuticle where the gland meets the stalk.
Hey man!!! Thank you so much for the warm welcome, I really think I found a great group of friends here.
Looking forward to many posts with you!
I think I most definitely need to check out the Vapman, sounds like exactly what I need.
Long live the vapor, much love FC.
Edit; more Shatter P0rn...
Patty flipped over itself.. Creating the thick slab above ^^
More Bubble (My first *Successful FullMelt)
Too late to edit my other post but I just picked up some Craft propane wax that was on sale today too. (Also removed the tiny hair that was sitting on the Money Maker haha.)
Money Maker
Candyland
Keep that chin up bro, after all, it could be worse - you could live in the cannabis backwoods of the Western world like I do!holy shit that looks amazing! thank you for sharing.
i wish i had access like some of you do. this prohibition is killing me.
Wow! Mind comming over? Just got done seasoning my new quartz nail...
...oh wait, teleportation isn't real
I like d-nails $300ish setup I think I'll be getting that
There's a couple posts about it from last week on the D-Nail Facebook Group. The group is pivate but just apply to join and they'll let you in. Not much more info on them there but they have a few extra pics and it looks like there will be different plate sizes depending on your pressing needs.where can more info on the Dnail presses be found? i looked on their site and do not see it on there. are they discussing this on instagram or somewhere else?
Yup there are at least 3 sizes that I know of, I'll be beta testing this one I'm pretty sure so I'll give my thoughts when I get oneThere's a couple posts about it from last week on the D-Nail Facebook Group. Hey my friend!I can't wait for an affordable rosin press. $3600 is out of my budget for personal runs but seems very reasonable for large scale operations.
I like d-nails $300ish setup I think I'll be getting that and some DSW sifting gear and maybe even a bubble washing machine thingy lol.
Hey my friend!
That slab is purdy Brother, well done.
I want to try and save ya a lot of cash here...
DSW is awesome, abrasive, full of candor ... I get along with him well.
However, his screen set is expensive, and is wayyyy back ordered.
Try checking out Pocono Screens, they will custom make screens with your choice of framing and micron size. They do this at a fraction of the price, and have plenty of screens on hand.
The most important factors..
2 screens stacked.
1 screen is about 150 micron, this goes on top.
2nd screen is about 210 micron, this is the bottom screen.
Concept: Material is worked on the 150u Screen in 10-15 second intervals, the heads fall directly through both screens onto the collection area.
While the contaminant stays on the top screen, during the "Work-time" the Capitate Head is separated from its stalk.
Due to gravity... The heavy oil filled gland falls through both screens, and the stalk floats like a feather often landing horizonally on top of the second screen.
Hope this is of some assistance...
While I'm here..
More Bubble.. This stuff was incredible , super sticky, and would pull just like pull and snap oil..
Much Love FC!
^^^^ this is exactly why FC is one of the best sites in the world!Hey my friend!

Thanks 2clicker!holy hell that shit looks amazing! ill bet the flavor is fully intact.
ive considered trying some sifting tech and was close to pulling the trigger on some gear. i am a screen printer and have access to all kinds of mesh sizes.
the stacked screen method... is there any videos of this being done? what type of return are you talking about with this tech? thanks!
Finally figured out something to do with all the vaped weed that's been laying around my house in jars for months. Made some more gel caps. I love these caps just because they're so simple to make and ridiculously easy to handle and store. Just blasted the ABV then decarbed the oil and mixed with coconut oil. Someone on reddit said I should use some soy lecithin but I googled it and it seems there's pretty mixed opinions on whether it's healthy or not.
To some degree but not fully. To fully decarboxylate it, or at least decarboxylate it to the point you want it, it needs to be at a constant ~250 for ~20 minutes. Maybe I'm totally off in my thinking here but with a convection vaporizer heat is only actually touching the cannabis for however long your total inhales add up to which I'm guessing is significantly less than 20 minutes.Isn't the abv already decarbed?
