Just received my Solo from vaposhop.com. A good deal with the FC discount and free EU shipping. Quick delivery, great customer service (had a minor problem placing the order (my bad), cleared it right up with a quick call). So far everything seems to be in order with the unit and the accompanying equipment. They also included a neat little 2-piece metal grinder as a gift.
Overall a very pleasant experience, I will definitely shop there again.

I just received my order from 7th Floor! I thought I would order a Blemished Custom Mouthpiece just for shits and giggles. They are 5 bucks. I figured if it was melted glass with a whole in it, it would be worth 5 bucks.......THIS THING IS AWSOME! I wish I could post pics. It is almost as long as the SSV wand! I even have a cool note on the receipt! I love to see that there are real people on the other side that care!

It looks like Santa Claus threw up on my smoke bench...I tried ordering the hydra tube for my PnP off vapornation and the site said it was in stock, so I ordered it and was told there'd be a slight delay and two weeks later still didn't ship so I gave up and asked for a refund. The customer service rep wasn't too kind either. Wouldn't recommend.
A month or so ago, I ordered an Arizer Solo from Puffitup. I got it right away. It stopped working. Puffitup sent me a mailing label to return it, and they've mailed me a replacement. The only thing they didn't do was send someone over to pack it up and mail it. That's some good service: they service what they sell.

Hmmmm, just ordered a hydratube from them yesterday using a May promo code for %15 off, really hope I won't be having an issue, side note, ordered the LSV from them about two weeks ago, everything was great , as all orders in the past have been.

The Santa Cruz grinder is a piece of crap. I wish I had never purchased mine. All I did was throw away 65 dollars, thanx. I received mine and the first thing I noticed was there was already 2 small chips on threads. I ignored this because I was trying to not be picky, and I also know that the website I ordered from, EZGrinders.com prob wouldn't give me my money back anyways. There was also a silver smudge of some sort on the inside of the top piece that I was unable to get out. Top products here people, from a top website. Anyways when it became so bad I couldn't use it was when I noticed the rim on the inside of the grinder had chipped pretty badly. Now if I used it I ran the risk of that chipping into what I was grinding, awesome, just awesome. I treated this grinder with the best of care, I never dropped it, I never clanged it together. I even kept the thing in my own soft pouch when I wasn't using it. I feel very cheated by the shitty product this company produced, and the shitty website I purchased it from. Enjoy your damn near 100 dollars of my hard earned cash.

I am not sure why you would order from a company like that when you can get discounts from sellers right here on FC.. or you could order directly from the folks at SCS!

I had no issues with ezvapes/ezgrinders. I bought two different scs's with discount codes and free shipping in two separate orders. When I ordered a product that wasn't actually in stock they promptly refunded me, and then re-contacted me when it was available to give me the option to re-purchase the item. This tells me that they have the best of intentions, and want to give the best deals as well.

Since the place you bought from is such an "awesome" website how do you know you even received a legitimate SCS product?
Given that your experience doesn't match the huge amount of additional customer feedback available for these products, I'd be inclined to look at alternative reasons for your issues before trying to torpedo an entire company based off a single experience.
With the info given in your rant/post I'd be inclined to think they sold you a damaged/defective product or you got a knockoff SCS... which may also have been damaged and/or defective.
Look at it like this. I hear Honda makes reliable cars. If I go buy one from Uncle Sal's Primo Awesome Car Sales Lot and it breaks on me on the way home my first reaction isn't to go online and put Honda on blast.
Also I don't really consider $65 "almost $100". Just saying.

You have posted this in three different threads. You have said your peace. Your experience does not seem to match what other members have experienced. I suggest that you contact the seller with any issues you may have. When you have some resolution, feel free to tell us all about it. Until then, I suggest you read our forum rules and acquaint yourself with them if you with to contribute to the forum.
