I'd like to leave a positive word on behave of Vaposhop.com

Left one in their thread a while ago but just realized I should have posted it here.

Ordered my beloved Solo there and received it swiftly with a nice FC discount. Unfortunately I had to test their after sales services when one of the glass stems turned out not to fit my unit properly and was slightly damaged as well. It took little over a week for them to replace it with a proper one because this particular vape was just out back then and only few retailers had accessories in stock at the time, but they made good on that by sending me not one but two replacement stems and a little extra as well. Great service and good communications imo, I'm very happy to find a retailer like this in my neck of the woods.

So, recently I had the opportunity to order some stuff from vapornation.com and I must say that I truly look forward to my next visit! You get immediate responses to questions from their sales team and Bobby was a breeze to work with. They made me feel like a long time patron on my first visit and made me feel confident that whatever I need, they'll make it happen.

Over in the SSV and DBV thread Cluffy had been talking about the mini whip (actually mainly the mini wand) from Vapor Warehouse. Mini Whip/VaporWarehouse
I ordered one and it arrived today.
I had not yet opened the packages. The post office said I owed 60 for shipping, so I paid.
.. But I paid shipping already.. so I called Vapor Warehouse and spoke to AJ. I told him, and he instantly said he would refund the 60$ to my paypal... nice.
While we spoke, I opened the package, and....

What you see here is a different item... valued not at 12.99... but at 19.99.
They had accidentally given me the entire set, and so the postage calculated for the wand alone was not enough.
I said "please.. let me return the stuff.. or else just charge me".
AJ would not hear of it.
He said they were a small family company, and he answers the phone, and it was likely his error. He wanted me to keep it and tell him how I liked it.
I did tell him too!
This item is limited. and when they run out they run out.
You can ask cluffy... they move fast, and then there is a wait while more of them get made.
The miniwand is a great wand to use with the standard HC on a DBV or an SSV....
All 3 of my thumbs up on this wand!
(HINT: They are almost out again!!!)

I decided to post this thread just to let fellow FCers know my experience with Molino Glass, an online retailer of hand-blown glass bubblers, bongs, etc. I cannot speak yet on the quality of the glass as I have not received my order in over a month now, but I can speak about the falsehood behind their website’s claim of “reliable customer service.” Forgive the long post, but I want to lay out the entire story so far. There are a lot of online glass retailers, and my experience with most of them has been great. Not so at all with Molino Glass.

I ordered a bubbler from them on January 13 and paid $15 shipping, which I thought was a little exorbitant, but it's glass, and that's what they charge, so okay. Their website says that shipments will arrive "to your door in 1-2 weeks."

I waited a week and never heard anything, so I emailed asking about the status of the order. A rep emailed me back a day later and said "order is in process and we will send it soon." Okay, a little disappointing, but perhaps the next couple days. We've already passed the "to your door in one week," but we can still meet the two weeks maybe.

I waited another 11 days with no notice from Molino Glass, which at that point made almost three weeks since my card was charged, so I emailed them again, asking what was going on and when would the order would ship already. I got a response that evening: "I understand your frustration. Sorry we are extremely busy these days, it didn't get shipped yet but we will send it out in the next few days and you will get shipment notification then." So they are so busy that they can't take something from a shelf and ship it? No other explanation but "we've been busy" and this is just under three weeks since I placed the order.

Low and behold, the very next day I get shipment notification. Did they overnight it since it took three weeks to ship when they charge $15 shipping and promise “to your door in 1-2 weeks”? Nope. They didn’t even upgrade me to UPS. They just sent it the slowest way possible or at least I have to assume they did.

So another week and a half goes by and still no bubbler. I email Mobius and make what I think is a very fair request: I ask for a refund on my $15 shipping. I felt that was very reasonable since it had at this point been almost a month since I placed this order. I had clearly not gotten my $15 worth of shipping.

Of course, no one responded to my request. Two days later I emailed again and said, “Another day and still no order received. This makes two days short of a full month since I was charged for this order, including $15 shipping. And a full day without any response to my question. I guess you are super busy today also?”

Three hours later, I get this: “Super busy indeed, no need to nag every day, probably today.”

The mail had already run that day, so no. I couldn’t believe after all that, this guy insults me. I have submitted my story, with the entire email thread attached, to Molioino Glass’s website form and of course have been ignored.

It’s now been one full calendar month plus two days since I ordered this bubbler and I still don’t have it. I kind of don’t even want it anymore at this point.

This has been the absolute worst online retail experience I have ever had. Their claim on their website that they have “reliable customer service” I guess means forgetting to send out product and insulting and then flat ignoring their paying customers.

Buy at your own risk.

PV is an amazing company, you're more than welcome to try TV and let us know of the experience, but theres no way i'd ever order from TV over PV. Most of the items on PV become cheaper than TV with the coupon code as well.

PV gives you exceptional customer service, a FC discount, and makes a bunch of custom items which can't be found anywhere else based on previous FC requests.

My first order with PV they got me a limited colored SCS (green), a free GonG INH adapter, the discount, and sent out my vape the day they got it in. On top of that, they gave me constant updates and asked a few questions I forgot to ask (GonG adapter size).

has anyone dealt with them before? they price match, their online chat people seem helpful, but i've not seen anybody online that has dealt with them to see how their customer service is if something goes wrong...

I've ordered from both sites ( I got my solo from them before I even knew of PV) and I have nothing bad to say about TV but I do find my orders arrive a lot faster from PV and they're super helpful/ knowledgable and participate In the fourm, plus they have a wider selection of accesories. Then factor in that they offer discounts for fc members as someone stated earlier so it may be cheaper than getting a price match

I recently decided to switch to vaporizing my herb, after lots of research I settled on the MFLB. I stumbled on vaporlot.com after looking for a good deal in the UK. £82 for the standard box, spare stem, whip and a grinder. Ordered on Wednesday last week but when it still wasn't shipped by Friday and the sites number didn't work I'll admit I thought the worst. I sent a rather grumpy message and then tried the number again, it rang and was answered. The guy said that they were waiting on a new shipment (due Monday) and appologized for not letting me know. Monday rolled around and I got a call from him saying the shipment was due Tuesday now, my heart sank thinking that I was being ripped when he said if they didn't get the shipment tomorrow, they would sent out a cherry MFLB instead! Sure enough the box arrived today (wednesday) and it was the cherry one! I would definatly recommend vaporlot.com, I think the lack of reviews on the site made me a little on edge but they came through and exceeded expectations. I just had my first hit of it and I can tell you now that I'll never smoke again. :)

This is more of an advisory to those who may have some concerns with privacy. I recently ordered from KultureVA. Everything was good up until I was notified by my bank that they're a "flagged" company(because of the merchandise, I'm sure). They will show up as "Kulture Clothing" on a statement. This is rather troubling since a simple Googling of "Kulture" brings them up as the first link.

Vapeworld code FC2012 doesn't work anymore, even tried FC2013, no dice. No discount through VapeWorld anymore, unless someone knows a different one.

I was searching for a topic like this and didn't found it.

That may sound like nitpicking but I just wanted to say that I ordered a piece from ALT a week ago and I'm already disappointed with the service. I expected professional treatment. First I had to send them the same message twice about the shipping fees for em to actually bother answering that they are fixed, don't expect a favor from em. Their International shipping rate is $39... For a tiny 4" $85 piece. It's really not my first experience as an international buyer, this one can be shipped for half of their rate. Prices should match package size, I felt a bit ripped off and weak when I finally payed the full unfair price to get what I want. Now it has been a week (7 days !) till I paid and they only start to send the shipping info to usps. It's still not out.

So I pay $39 for the golden plated shipping and they don't even bother shipping it fast. I hope I won't have to pay customs fees. That would be the cherry on the cake.

In ideal conditions, I should already be with the piece in my hands. But I'm gonna have to wait around a week more. I hope at least it's going to part today like they said

Yeah, shipping with ALT is not the fastest and cheapest. It can take them up to 4 days for your order to be processed and actually shipped. Pretty frustrating.

I am a member of the FC forums. I feel cheated by pipesdaddy.com, please make this right! Please help me I am going on vacation next Thursday and need this settled b/c I will be gone for two weeks!
