My first attempt at edibles. I used ABV from my PD. Turned out pretty good. A little weak though. :/ Still a success I suppose.

I've been reading through this thread and I don't understand how most of you are only getting 4-5 hits per pack. When I use mine I can get at least 15 solid, 5-8 second hits before the vapor becomes minimal. I have even used the same pack twice the following day and had surprisingly good results. How come people don't have the same results as I do?

I usually get a whole lot of hits, sometimes that many. I agree that 4-5 is a pretty conservative average for most users.

hey guys i just got my first pd i really want to try it out but i'm worried about taking it on a plane... does anyone know a a way to clean out the pd to remove the thc remenants?

I think that you need a much more even grind, as well as a finer grind. I think its a little hard to tell teh grind from your pictures but I can get good results with some pretty fine herb in the PD, but it doesnt need to be super fine, maybe a medium-fine grind, you dont want to restrict the airflow much more.

I don't want to mislead you or make trouble for you, but I would not be concerned. Use caution to only use the pd in an upright position to avoid even trace herb particles in the unit. Use one stem only, it doesn't burn so it's not as much smell or residue in the stem/bowl.

When ready to fly, soak stem in alcohol very well, for awhile, then rinse very well. Or if you are nervous just leave behind one stem, count as cost for use.
Pack the pd with the aroma cup and a couple bottles of essential oil, "it's my aromatherapy unit", unlikely it would even be questioned.
Pack the stems in another bag With some random things....
IMO, you would be fine, I would not think twice.
Dirty glass from combustion I would be hesitant.
Even better, just send it by mail to your location.

also introduced a friend to the pd yesterday, he had a little weed in his grinder, according to him just a little less of the amount needed for a joint(with tobacco)
we vaped 5-6 stems or so from it :ko:

I have taken the PD on many trips with me throughout the last year. I have never had trouble, I just put it snug in with my clothes and the stems in my carry-on
