I am not defending gotvape in anyway, but most of the time warranties are handled directly by the company that makes the vape unless your sent a broken unit to begn with... Both my vivape and wispr broke and about a month after purchasing each and vapeworld told me I had to handle it with vaporfection and iolite. Also my buddies solo had to get sent to arizer...just saying
...I just pre-ordered through VaporNation.com I should have it ASAP, once they get their initial shipment in. I felt better about ordering through them.
RE: Distribution
Got Vape is the master North American distributor. This means that they will be facilitating all of the United States & Canada orders, but Got Vape will be working with all of the major distributors like Vapor Nation, VaporStore, and VapeWorld along with Sub-Distributors like VaporOutlet, PuffitUp.com, & Brotherswithglass to name a few.
Yeah OF, thanks for your thoughts and your probably right about the lawyer thing. I wish they would register the right way and actually answer some questions!
I wouldn't expect any more posts after being found out. I think it's called cutting your losses.Mynameismud said:Also what happened to all those gotvape creepers?
PA is the state that nailed Tommy Chong's company for shipping a bong there. Although vaporizers are still 'under the radar' and not in the 'bong category', thus the thousands of vapes sold on eBay and Amazon, while bong/pipe sales aren't allowed, we still see some bleed over into the vape category, and I think PA produces more concern than other states. PayPal, in some cases, is also an entitiy to be careful with, when buying and selling vapes.what laws prevent you from shipping to pennsylvania

Thanks for the insight, but I do not believe that is the reason why they do not ship to PA, I accidentally purchased from them through their ebay store about 6 years ago, way before the tommy chong incident...they also refuse to ship anything to PA, even accesories like screens, tubing glass cleaner....
Also, it is fine to buy and sell bongs and ship in PA as long as they are called "water pipes"

Lead helmets for everybody!
Lead is considered "shielding" and as such goes under the tin foil . . . come on guys . . .
Not trying to derail the thread, but Tommy Chong just announced a couple days ago that he is battling prostate cancer.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tommy_Chong#Personal_life
"He said that he was drug free for about three years, during which time he began having prostate-related problems."
Holy shit, cannabis keeps you alive!
Six years ago is not way before the Tommy Chong case. Chong was charged in 2003 and served his sentence in 2004.
The Pennsylvania Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act specifically defines water pipes as paraphernalia in Section 2. Definitions: "Drug paraphernalia" 12(ii). You can look it up.
Haha whoops, guess my perception of time is a little off...should have looked it up before i posted sorry
