-Gotvape: check out the service of planetvape and puffitup, good service = repeat customers = more $$
-PuffIt: Any ideas on if/when you will be able to find another distributor?
I like the vape, but don't want to give Gotvape any of my cash. (and I would particularly like an Australian retailer
)
-color: I doubt anyone will notice a black one, even as an inhaler user myself, I wouldn't think anything if someone else pulled out a black inhaler.
I'm liking the look of this one, I'm thinking that it'll be a convinient vape to leave on the bedside table for a sleepy-times vape.
And since I leave my blue and purple inhalers on the bedside table too, it'll blend right in

I'm letting you gotvape legion know that your sneaky actions have turned me away from this vape, not the other way around. If I ever become reinterested I'll be ordering from a retailer who doesn't do anything shady like spamming my favorite site with trolls who won't register and try to trick everyone.

I am not defending gotvape in anyway, but most of the time warranties are handled directly by the company that makes the vape unless your sent a broken unit to begn with... Both my vivape and wispr broke and about a month after purchasing each and vapeworld told me I had to handle it with vaporfection and iolite. Also my buddies solo had to get sent to arizer...just saying
Also what happened to all those gotvape creepers? I would still like to know what laws prevent you from shipping to pennsylvania but every other website laughs when i ask that question and can and will ship to my state. And also you shouldnt allow people to check out and charge their credit cards if they have PA in The shipping if your going to refuse to ship it. You sign up and post like normal customers, get caught and then just dissappear? No apology, no damage control? I guess your just hoping everyone forgets

Thanks for the thoughts. It's my understanding the rule is to stop beating up on GV, I think it's fair game to have the above discussion.....if I'm wrong I expect to get straightened out toot sweet.
I think the issue is the maker is in Hong Kong. It's highly unlikely folks will want to send a defective unit there and wait how long? Folks expect more direct support I think. I also think the underlying issue is not knowing what will happen, and now doubting assurances that might come?
I think some credible plan for Customer Support might be very reassuring to folks, I know it would make me feel safer with my purchase (should I make it, of course). Get away from this detail and the device looks promising. Hopefully we'll soon have some objective owner reports to enjoy and this will become more clear?
Thanks again for the thoughts. Good luck with your quest over PA shipments. My guess is their lawyer is behind it, capitalists normally don't want to give up part of their potential market? My guess is they paid good money for that advice, they're likely to follow it for that reason.

Although vaporizers are still 'under the radar' and not in the 'bong category', thus the thousands of vapes sold on eBay and Amazon, while bong/pipe sales aren't allowed, we still see some bleed over into the vape category, and I think PA produces more concern than other states. Thanks for the insight, but I do not believe that is the reason why they do not ship to PA, I accidentally purchased from them through their ebay store about 6 years ago, way before the tommy chong incident...they also refuse to ship anything to PA, even accesories like screens, tubing glass cleaner....
Also, it is fine to buy and sell bongs and ship in PA as long as they are called "water pipes"
Six years ago is not way before the Tommy Chong case. Chong was charged in 2003 and served his sentence in 2004.
The Pennsylvania Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act specifically defines water pipes as paraphernalia in Section 2. Definitions: "Drug paraphernalia" 12(ii). You can look it up.

No problem, as I get older time seems to change speed too. Not much to be done about it I'm told.....
Good luck with the BS restrictions, I've run into it before in other areas. IME there's not much chance of getting them to change their policy for a few bucks once it's set. I've sent references to the actual laws to show without success. I guess I understand why that is......don't like it, but understand.
