Or ImgbbWhy are some still using this so called pic hosting site?
I don't have he time to follow peoples links to see a pic.
They don't like FC so why should we use them.
Tinypic works just nicely.
I used it because that it what I used when I first became a member here 10 years ago. I’m open to using tinypic if it is easier. Why are some still using this so called pic hosting site?

Unfortunately, no. Until vtac returns, I can only suggest for those who want to still use imgur to not try embedding imgur images, but rather just post the image link (not the direct link) so it looks like this: https://imgur.com/rxbP8IrCan the mods fix it so only working host can be used?
I used them for my first 3 years on here, in May they had to change from .org to .cc. It broke every image I'd ever posted on the site. I think they're good now and I don't know if it will happen again, but I stopped using them after that.I use https://postimages.org/
They have a screen capture tool for Windoze that is really nice, allows editing, and the user interface is clean and easy. You can also upload pics and get a link and have them not go into your gallery which can be nice for a one-off situation.
Yes, that did happen. I still am using them because of the nature of their service. All my pics were preserved, they didn't fuck me over like Imageshack and others that started charging for their service.I used them for my first 3 years on here, in May they had to change from .org to .cc. Otherwise I have no complaints about them, they were great until then.

Glad you like it. It appealed to me very quickly. I know they broke a lot of links lately but things have settled down. Plus . . . I still have all of my content and they aren't holding it hostage and asking for ransom $$$ like other sites have done to me in the past.Checked this out & it's a really easy to use, intuitive interface & it allows multiple uploads which is really nice.

I do that myself using Stripper and BatchPurifier.Does anyone know which imgur alternatives strip the location data from pictures?
I gotta ask. Did you get the bear ad, "only you can prevent forest fires" & then be redirected to the national forest website? It's the only ad I ever got. I get stuck in a loop between the ad on tinypic & the nf website. I couldn't take it anymore & went over to postimages, which is wonderful. Only issue I have is not being able to move pics between categories, but that might be on me 'cause I haven't taken the time to read.
maybe there's still hope if we can manage to make the classified section visible only to registered users and not to google crawlers (because that was the culprit for the ban)
