I think the mystery vape is the sublimator... And I never saw any custom Z's go up, just ZV2 and ZV1 (which is what I had wanted)

Works great on PC but is still pretty bad on mobile.
Has it been optimized for Android or iPhone?
On Android when I search for desktop vapes it comes up with 3 items, one of which is the Arizer whip kit.
I use my phone a lot for viewing, ordering and paying and this has become impossible with your new site.
Hope it can be easily fixed!

I've tried emailing them a couple times over the past couple weeks with no response. I've also tried calling and there was no answer. (The rings were quick and short if that means anything?)
I want to place an order but am wondering if I should wait for another item to come back in stock first. However the lack of reply has me all paranoid that their customer service isn't any good anymore.
If you've ordered from them recently please let me know how your experience was! Thanks!

PlanetVape and PlanetHaze are the same entity, based in Onatario. When the confusion between PlanetVape and Planet of the Vapes got to be too much, Robert started the transition to PlanetHaze but never decommissioned PlanetVape.
At present PlanetHaze appears to be temporarily closed due to a medical emergency. I consider Robert a personal friend and I hope he's okay.

I've been ordering their in house Arizer GonGs, when they're in stock, for years. Some day I'll get lucky and complete my set ...
