They price matched and gave a discount. That seems like incredible service to me.

They could have easily offered one or the other. But both - c'mon that's a great deal

They offered a price match on one item, and a small 10% discount on the other items, but they couldn't figure out a way to apply both of their offers. They made offers, but couldn't follow through with them. After 5 days and 14 emails, the only service I ended up getting was having a bunch of my time wasted.

I don't know if you are a businessman, but a price match from a merchant isn't a "great deal" to the consumer. A price match is simply a merchant being offered the opportunity to be competitive.

In this case of a price match, it is the customer (me) who is offering the merchant (PV) a great deal. The customer is saying "look, I can buy this somewhere else, but I'll give you the business if you match other retailers". If the merchant agrees to the price match it is NOT the customer getting a great deal. I am simply getting the deal I could get somewhere else. It is the merchant who is getting a deal, because he is being afforded the opportunity to make some profit, even though his listed price was not competitive.

A price match, plus 10% off is a great deal. A simple price match is just a customer generously giving a merchant the opportunity to be competitive.

Most people don't want to wait 5+ days and 14+ emails for a discount code. As such, my experience may be of value to a FC user that values their time and is considering PV.

If my experience comes off as angry to you, I am sorry. But my experience is what it is. I didn't make any personal attacks, or state any inaccuracies. If I can save one poster from the inane waste of time that I experienced, then my comments were worth my time.

Sharing a negative experience is how you potentially save others from the same negative experience.

Yes it can take days at times.

It depends on when the order was placed. PV doesnt usually answer emails over the weekend and orders won't ship until Monday afternoon (Tuesday if there is a holiday).

Had an issue with my bank transfering the costs from my bank don't works.
The last time i have heard of them is 4 days ago.
They wrote to me that paypal would be the very last option to pay.
Now they don't answer me since i said i would prefer paypal.
They are authorized resellers of you so I think you can help me eventually.
I am from Germany and want buy at their shop 'cause they are the only authorized shop with the all glass water adapter.

It may be a custom piece that PlanetVape makes for the Vivant which is why you can't find it elsewhere online.

PV aren't available for email on the weekend. Just wait they will get back to you.

They do take some time to respond to customer inquiries as they are a busy shop with minimal staff. Be patient.



What's wrong with the silicone version? It should not effect the flavour in anyway - especially through water

You should know about me i'm chillin for a very long time of my life and i stopped smoking complete since 10/2017.
It is my second time "fucking combustion" but this time I don't smoke pure or something...only vaping.
The first time was the most time vaping but not only.
I like Storz&Bickel and volcano and all of them.
But I prefer vaping through my bong.
I like all non electric vapes like vapobowl, lotus, dynavap, elev8er.....
and electric devices like mighty, boundless, herborizer, sublimator, symphony glass.......
At this time I only have a vapobowl(for a long time)
and the swift pro with wpa since 10/2017.
It could be more powerful but it's not a herborizer and it was good enough for me to stop smoking very easy.
With this thing i also made my girlfriend stop smoking and now we want two alternates for the go cause the bad battery life of the swift.
Next step would be the TERA and CFX2.0.
Like the portables.
And then eventually the herborizer.
And now i need my lasersword alternate!,
man i hate to be in germany in this case.
There aren't good deals for it.

I like the Easy Flow All Glass Water Adapter 'cause it's wide open airpath.
I think cooling the vape in the mouthpeace, chillum and in a lil bit water is too much cooling.
So I think the silicone is nice but I prefer the easy flow.

I texted the last weeks nearly daily with planetvape-support.
And they answered all my emails till monday last week or so.
So from Monday till today nothing.
I hope I don't stressed them with my order but I want it for real and paid already costs for the TD Bank was sending me my money back(lost ca 40 Euro) because something was wrong.
My bank says "eventually perhaps" the wrong IBAN.
I should try it with account number.
They said they don't know what to do with the branchet and transit numbers or so.
In the end i talked to planetvape and they said
1)prepaid credit card(only chargeable with 100 Euro /month in Germany)
2)bank draft ( never made this)

And as last resort
3) PayPal

....Please let us know what a payment....

They wrote and since monday i answered them PayPal.

Hope they don't hate me.
Took alot of time of them.

That's hard and they recommend bitcoin for me or i think bank draft.

In the end my solution is that my best friend pays my order with his credit card.

Can't wait to hold my alternate in my hand and fucking rips into my face.....

We will be announcing a few changes in the next few months that we have been working on for some time. Stay tuned!

We are getting a lot of 4/20 specials requests, usually in the past we only released our specials on 4/20, but it seems like 4/20 has now turned into a several week long sales event with some retailers starting sales already at beginning of April and lasting until the end of the month. Guess they are in a race to capture sales. We think of 4/20 as a special day of the year and as such offer unbeatable deals on selected products for 24 hours only.

Should we stick with tradition and continue with our 24 hour only 4/20 specials or join the masses and start specials before 4/20 and let them run a week? All opinions are welcome.

The 420 PV deals are epic!

It would be nice to have some idea as to what vapes might be on sale ahead of time even if price/discount is kept private.
