I saw this as well an hour ago and they only had 14mm Gong. Did they have the 18mm? I have been checking every day for 2 months always getting unlucky :-(

How do you get the pvhes stems and waterpipe adapters? Do you have to get on some list or call them or something? I have been looking at the site on and off for a month and a half or so, and everything is always out of stock.
I am just trying to place a simple order for a pvhes stem in straight and curved, one each, and a 14mm waterpipe adapter.

I feel bad for folks who are having a hard time getting their PVHES or GonG. I can assure you there are no lists or 'pre-orders' for PVHE products. I've missed out in the past too. You just have to be at the right place at the right time.
That said, I've recently seen weeks go by with PVHES and PVHEGonGs still in stock, so maybe folks weren't looking at the right time?
I thought the way PV handled PVHES sales the last few times there was a major release was fair. Announce and release at different times spread out over a couple of days.

So literally the only way to actually buy these things is to check the website contantly all day every day and hope you happen to catch them for the hour or so that they are restocked once each month or so?
I was looking forward to trying the stems and adapter when I first got my Solo, but at this point, it seems like its impossible to actually purchase them.

For the past few releases of PVHE products, they have limited the quantity they release on a daily basis. They explained this a while back as a way to allow more people the ability to purchase them. So once they are back in stock if you miss out on the first day, check again tomorrow.
So they release a small amount for sale each day?
Sounds like the best method might be to just call them then?

They posted this policy a while back and I think they mentioned they would continue doing it that way, not a 100% sure. Yea, I think the best way to find out for sure would be to call/email them to get the most accurate information regarding PVHE releases.
are they generally always around the same time of day(morning)? or do they change it up at all? I'm @work during the day...Stupid job.....
I think when they posted about staggering the releases, they also said they would try releasing them at different times of the day, again, not 100% sure.

My PV gong adapters have the same thing, I didn't really payed attention to it like a problem since I guess its just a part of the process of making them that does that
Lol, theses nasty MSG chips always taste good after you tried em. I was thinking like "don't open the evil package of chips" the two times I got stuff from PV but finally eat them all

Yeah, except there is no lack of supply it seems. From reading the last few replies, they are just releasing a couple pieces a day to drive up the demand.

I believe there is still a very limited supply (sounded like just one blower doing all the work IIRC), the staggered releases were simply to help customers in different time zones all get a chance at picking some up.

PV have said many times, in fact, every time they've been out of stock IIRC, that they are waiting on more stems from their blower, who is often delayed on bigger orders.
At first, when they got a shipment in, they put them all up at once, they sold out straight away, and some peeps were upset they missed the 1 opportunity to get them, so they decided to stagger future releases, to make it fairer for everybody.
It also makes no sense to "drive up the demand" in that manner, if someone wants a gong stem, they're gonna buy one.
It's not like they're letting people buy them at exorbitant prices while out of stock or something.
Here's the deal, you want a very specialised item, for a very niche market, where the demand is higher than the supply, so suck it up, and keep trying.
It's not that hard to check the website every day or so, or just keep track of this thread for announcements.

PV has stated many times in the past that they have one glassblower contracted out to do all their glass work. This glassblower no doubt has his own projects to work on in addtion to PV's. The PV stems are a small item, typically glassblowers will finish large projects before busying themselves with the little stuff.

I know a guy who uses two ultra fine screens stacked, and his Solo stems produce the cleanest, purest looking wand hash I've EVER seen.

I like the screens that come installed with the PVHES STEMS. I want to purchase some extra screens , but idk which screen grade. From looking at the pictures I'm thinking medium. Does anyone know?
As to PVHES inventory, I too am dissatisfied with the inordinate long waits for product. It seems to me that if their current glass blower doesn't give PV orders priority due to larger jobs, then find a glass lower who will value their business more and produce product in a timely manner. I'm sure if PV ordered in bulk quantity they could find several top quality glass people that would love to get the work. The amount of time customers have to wait is simply not reasonable IMO.. We played around with the same set up originally, but found the Solo GonG adapter let too much unheated air go by due to its smaller than perfect diameter. The herbalAire GonG is very custom designed to fit perfect and only allow heated air through your herbs.
Thanks for sharing the video Live-N-Learn, the herbalAire + GonG adapter combo make a real nice cloud producing pair.I definitely am enjoying my day! I have yet to use my HA with the bags yet, mainly because I havent bought any bags for it LOL. I still enjoy the whip, but I cant wait to get home and try out the GonG piece, and will definitely post the video here and in the HA thread after.

Would have to check on that exact flavor, we have lots of flavors, problem is they only make the nacho cheese in the small bags here, not all the newer flavors.

Pharmacor stopped producing the older Inhalater 004 back in November 2012, we sold out in November and could no longer order any more stock of them. There might still be some other shops with old stock that you could possibly find for a discounted price. We have a hard enough time trying to get the models that are in production LOL.
It is frustrating and time consuming to check the website constantly and not be able to buy the item you realy want...
They should hire another glassblower to keep up the demand.

We replenish our stock of PVHEGonG adapters and PVHES stems on a continuous basis. They do sell quickly, but more are always on the way. We don’t currently have an exact date of next availability but anticipate they should be back in stock soon. Sorry for being out of stock currently, we can put you on the email notification list for PVHEGonG adapters and PVHES stems if you like?
We have separate email notification lists for both PVHEGonG adapters and PVHES stems and can put anyone one the notification list that asks, just email us. This will also save you from having to constantly check stock availability.
Thanks for helping to explain the stock situation. We do use a scientific glass producer that is not just a one blower shop, they produce high quality work and have contracts from around the world. We often need to wait our place in a production queue. To help alleviate the out of stock situation some more, we are now doing all the cutting on specialized equipment right here in the PV Lab and then have the scientific glass producer weld the joints etc. which should increase our available supply and have the quality higher than ever.You are mistaken ghost.

The extra step we take is the annealing process, which takes the stress out of the glass and eliminates any brittleness making the glass strong. The annealing process takes about 24 hours to complete in a digitally controlled kiln as the glass needs to slowly be brought up to temp, then held there, lowered to another temp, held there, in many of these steps before very slowly cooling. This adds a lot of extra time to production, but is necessary for a top quality product.
These are our new selection of Solo screens. The standard are our original screens that are pre installed in every PVHEGonG adapter and PVHES stem as a point of reference. There has been a lot of interest in Finer screens and reports we have gotten as well as our own testing show that they work very well.BTW, has everyone seen this?
