I agree...the forked dabber and carb cap really sets the kit off, but damn does it get hot! I find setting it on its side rather than upright helps it cool down faster between hits.FWIW here is my experience:
I also bought a Ninja setup over 4/20. Last minute I pulled the trigger, and realized there was no paypal option at checkout. I could not complete the purchase without and sent a note. On 4/21 they responded letting me know they would honor the sale price and let me complete the purchase via ppal. It took a few days before I got the invoice, but they were fantastic and 100% pulled through. I never did get shipping info until after the product arrived... no big deal, happy here
I do have a few Dnail specific questions I am about to post up in the Dnail thread...
With regards to next generation gear, I want to ask a quick question about the Dnail forked dabber and carb cap. Damn this thing just wakes the whole system up! BUT gets hot as FUCK especially after a long pull. Is there any good material to wrap and insulate the handle? I keep burning myself.

The TAG SiC dish might work?
I wonder if the Dnail SiC halo dish would fit on my Mininail Universal hybrid nail? Right now I use the mininail with the Quartz dish and its working great. But I hear SiC is better.

I tried this last night and it does work well actually. Good tip!Unscrew the fork dabber. Then take a Q tip, and screw it into the carb cap. No more burnt fingers! Works perfectly.

Just clean it with some ISO and then maybe do a high heat cleaning and should be ready. No seasoning needed and you'll want to keep it as clean as possible to preserve the taste.Just updating to ask if there's anything I should/need to do before I take the sic out for a spin, prep like seasoning or burn-off or whatever? Otherwise just planning to do a quick 'rinse and rip', rip and away...
I'll check th d-nail site, I think they had an info page lol I can't wait to try this out
Hello. I have never used an enail, nor have I ever done a traditional dab. For about 2 years now I have used the e-nano and ss wool technique. I realized recently that there might be better options out there and came back to FC for help. I have an FC-710 and love it so I'm set on the glass. I've read enough to feel I can comfortably start with the auber rdk-200, a flat coil and a dnail slim with SIC Halo. I also ordered the carb cap (although I have no idea how to use it) as I hope to keep dab temps low for the most part. I was just hoping for any tips and tricks, maybe starting temps? Any other thoughts are all welcome and greatly appreciated!!

And the dnail carb cap is very important. Once you paint a small dab of concentrate on the dish, cover the dish with the carb cap. It keeps vapors in, and the angled hole makes for a swirling turbo like effect. It really does make a huge difference
