If my nail is freshly clean, I dab it on cold, and low temp dab it. If the nail is past due for a cleaning, I often use the second cycle, since taste isn't going to be primo anyway.

Vapefiend is testing out both ceramic nails and a Dabbie adapters kit to connect to a glass rig, will be a while before there released but there both in the pipe line right now, can see many using the adapted kit especially as the glass piece that it comes with doesn't allow for an amazing amount of airflow.

The newest glass with slots vs holes allows more than enough airflow for the small nail size

I'll likely just grab a new one of these for dh gate in the future rather than buy the adapted kit, currently happy with the one I have but think long term I'll grab a new one, mines pretty tight.

The 2 I got from DH Gate seem identical to the once I got before xmas except they DHgate units came with larger slots than my original unit. Otherwise they seem the same.

Just loving the flavor on these units.

I'll post my pictures in this thread as well, I have one of these units but purchased mine through Dr. Dabber.

Quick thoughts; I really enjoy it, it's good for me because it enables me to take a more traditional like dab where as with my pens it is a more casual slow approach based on my hits and I have to say I am quite impressed with it's performance seeing as it's only running on a single 18650 battery things like this can now only be improved upon so I can't to see what may be in store!

Can't really do a full write up atm but I did get some pictures to show!

I went the "Dr. Dabber" route because I have previously purchased things from them and I really like their CS and all there products have a good warranty so I don't mind paying a little extra for the benefits; I had also bought mine from them because over the Black Friday sale along with a coupon code I got it pretty cheap compared to what they normally sell it for.

I also have this unit in the Dr. Dabber brand and I love it. For someone who has never taking a "traditional dab" would someone mind explaining the difference in effect, taste etc between an enail and a normal rig? Thanks

Nothing really. I mean, everyone has their own preference when it comes to "normal rigs"--- some like ceramic nails, some like quartz, some like ti, some like hybrids. Some like domeless, buckets, bangers, etc...

The biggest difference is not between "normal rigs" and the h-enail, but between the henail and all the other pen devices on the market.

I finally got my package in after having to wait over the weekend because I missed it the first time. I'm loving it already! I got the water perc with the longer slits and I can see it collect a bit of reclaim pretty quickly but nothing too big and hits perfect. After I seasoned my nail and did a few heat cycle testing I figured what I think works best so far IMO. the first heat cycle is a really good low heat dab. A lot of flavor but just not the same of a low temp Enail with a rig type. I feel I had to take a couple more hits as it kept smoking lightly on that heat cycle and had to bump it up to the second just to fully clear it. The way I think works best is once the first heat cycle turns green, shut it off with three clicks and just turn it back on and start the hit as you turn it on. I still got really good flavor and cleared the hit pretty nicely before the second heat cycle even turns green. I just thought I'd throw my two cents out there. First day so far and it's a hitter forsure

Mine comes tomorrow from them (just in time for bday fun!)-- ordered late Saturday. Agree, excellent CS. I had signed up for his newsletter and he was running his 'daily' deal (that lasts a lot longer than that) for the H-ENAIL... $99.

However, I live the same state as the seller and got hit with tax along with the nominal shipping fee. Oh well, excited to receive & try it out!

I was just searching on dh gate and I came across and H enail that runs straight from a 510 threaded box mod. Has anybody used or seen this version?

Not used one but my friend was very interested in a 510 mod one as he's a big ecig user already, can't find anything on dh gate so far can you link me in at all?

Just curious why someone would get the 510 version over the "full kit" version. Is it just to save money?
