@Golitan11, RBT doesn't jump on sending out email confirmations so don't sweat it. Besides, you're probably way down on the list & as far as I know he's still doing the Splinters soley. So you've got at least 2 or 3 months, before he gets to you. When the Milaana orders are starting to rollout, that's when I'd contact him again for confirmation if you don't receive confirmation before then. And you have your sent email as confirmation as to where you'd fall on the list number-wise if somehow you get lost in the sauce.

Sorry I've been inactive here guys. Got the necessary ingredients to fix my Mi 2 (still been using it but won't record with loose glass).

Once it's all fixed I'll get whatever you guys wanna see. Not sure if you guys have even cared for any new info. Not much has changed. Still fucking love it. Anything you wanna see let me know. If nothing at all, less work for me. Just lemme know.

I don't think we'll be seeing Maple or Cherry units. MSRP on the Walnut Standard Package was $229, my guess is somewhere north of there.

I bought my Milaana OG first preorder batch, seems like ages ago. No fixed air intake filter. Originally was just a loose crumpled SS mesh that was used as an oil “pad” as well jajajaja loco times during launch... but, what a game changer.
I really enjoy it and IMHO is and still I haven’t got an even close performance from another portable, except my trusty EVO desktop...
Milaana provides heavy lung busting tearing red face choking hits. Taste like no other...
I call the hit “la ensaladita verde” (the little green salad) because of taste and almost pure glass airpath.
But all this with a Maple vape body.

I’ve tried many Sticky Bricks, and I own my Walnut Sticky Brick JR, and I seriously can taste the difference between Maple and Walnut.
IMO and E, Maple wood bodies are taste free, while Walnut or any other wood has a distinctive taste of their own wood family. Does it make sense???
I’m wondering if using other than Maple for Ms bodies, it’s just aesthetics, cutting money expenses or making more profit or having different choices, ....
but, is Milaana 2 available on OG Milaana Maple body??
For those trying to reach pureness of taste, I’ll suggest ordering Maple as the vape body.

I have original early Maple Milaanas, while my most recent Mi is all purpleheart. Purpleheart is known to carry a scent/taste, but I do not really notice much difference in the Milaana. This is probably because everything is sheethed in glass. Also compared to a StickyBrick, where the bowl and vapor path are all wood, this is going to be different with glass stems for the bowl and vapor path... Wooden stems are another story however... I have more than a few different StickyBrick/Triihouse/Dreamwood vapes in all different woods myself too

My Maple / Spalted maple Milaanas/Zion are my purest tasting. My Sapele Mi2 has by far the most wood flavor of any of my RBT vapes. My Walnut Vapman has a flavor too.

Maple tastes the purest, but looks worse than the others imo, unless it's Spalted

Okay guys, could someone refer me or explain me what is actually going on with the Milaana's? There are vague informations just about everywhere and I have a hard time understanding what is what. First of all, RBT just released their new online store. Those are Milaana I right? RBT said they were limited on Reddit, but that there will be more in the future. So the first gen is still in production? It's not supposed to be the II soon? I wanna get a Milaana, but I'm just really confused about what should I get, when and where. As far as customization and wood type go, I'm also confused about what will be available or not and for who. There are just so many things on his Instagram, but none seems available. How does it work? Could someone clear this out for me please?

Those Milaana are like 1.5’s really. They have a lot of tweaks from the original and a more squared off base. Milaana II will come at some point (like 2019 or so). You should buy a Milaana now and enjoy a killer vape (typing while pulling a stem right now)

No one knows about the wood offerings aside from what is currently available. Maple and Walnut are good bet to always be around, exotics could be anything. 420edc offers different accessories and is just a different place to buy, advantages are relative. It was pushed to 2019 to give a nice broad estimate since Splinter is the priority and the original Milaana still works wonderfully

Putting together a battery order for a mod and thought I'd ask what the recommended batteries will be for the upcoming Mi 2 so I can piggy back a couple.

Personally the HE4s and 25R seem to run the coolest for me. Vtc5 by far most powerful, lghg2 all around best blend of power and capacity.

In my Mi2 tho, they're all strong.

As someone new to this and someone who really wants to get an on demand wooden convection vape is the Milaana 2 a significant enough improvement on the Milaana 1 to warrant the long wait? i'm not even on the waitlist so I think that means till 2019. I'm looking at other vapes like the MVT 2 and lil bud but they all have long wait times as well and i'm kinda impatient. Should I just order a Milaana 1 from RBT, says those ship on Monday correct? Sorry if this isn't the right thread.

I would definitely comb the 1st few pages here and check out the reviews of the Mi2 from the early testers. There's some tweaks but it doesn't seem to be a complete overhaul of the Milaana 1 or 1.5? (At least that's my understanding.)

You are correct, according to RBT's website, they do ship on Monday.

As far as looking at all your wood/glass options for the 1 or 1.5, I would definitely reach out to @cannabis.pro too to see what he has in stock as well. I've purchase 2 Mi1's from him. Top notch customer service and a boatload of glass/accessory options.

Good luck! Personally I dont think you can go wrong with the 1 or the 2. And when in doubt, get both!
