I have had Lilith(lily) for a weekend. Man she can produce monster lung busting clouds. My biggest issue has been trying to calm her down a bit. Was able to do that yesterday. I was able to puff on Lilith like a fine cuban cigar. The more i use Lilith the more i like her. She has definitely found a place in my rotation!!

Hey guys, I just ordered my Lily last week (Thursday, i believe) and have not received any info about shipping. The only email I've received was my receipt from Paypal. Not sure if I am just a goober and don't know how to access the info, or if i should be expecting a follow up message from triihouse. Thanks!

My Order Date: Mar 16, 2015 08:56 AM

8 days no show yet.

Without doubt, my favorite Lily tool is one half of a pair of pointed nosed tweezers, snapped apart where they join, with the end that joined both halves bent up like a small spoon/scoop. Excellent for loading Lily and my preferred stirring tool :-)

Tucks away nicely in the mouthpiece stem too :-)

She was here last thursday ! I kept myself from posting here to have a better judgement ....

The + of that beauty is already known : fast and high heat almost instantly.
My first bowls I was going really gentle and had nice hits but not huge. On some other session I tried to go hotter and got some little charring. I was also trying different load size, consistency and changing my draw speed.
For now I cover 2 holes minimum. I sometime start the heating with 3 holes covered and playing (tapping/opening) with the 3rd one : give thanks for the idea !
I met some people who were curious to try it and some of them have blown huge clouds (sometime on 1st hit : one hitter style !!!) making me jealous in comparison with my first hits.
The direct heat inject and control of fresh air intake does really give a lot of room for user to find their spot. Of course you still need to like the activity of experimenting a bit and go through trials and mistakes.
I've been trying regular pressed hash with abv and it worked really well !

I have however some ideas :
- Making a kind of lip/thread for the O-ring to stay in place instead of a simple recessed hole could be smart. For both the heat intake and MP O-ring.
- a) Providing a hole where a stir-stick could sit would prevent loss. b) That stir stick could be really peaked to get the screen out easily.
- This point could replace b) : making a small gap in the wood (just for a tooth pick or stir stick to get in) just above the screen to get it out easy.

Something wonder me : a part of the wood just under the heat intake, where glass touch is charred. Anyone has this ?
Of course, like any wooden vape I still need to do the running to appreciate the herbal taste without the wooden note.

Some pages ago I was writing about a solution to pack the heat intake while it's hot. Here is it pictured ! Be sure to cut the correct size of silicone so the heat intake can sit fully down in the hole.

In conclusion, I already love Lily and her treat !

Oh well it was bound to happen..i blame it on the scotch i was drinking. I had some dispensary high grade shatter in front of me...the lily screens to my left and lily to the right and wicked freakin grin on my face. I place about 6 screens in Lilith and nice lil piece of shatter on top and when to hitting. oh my!!! Lilith is remarkable she does shatter quite well. now i got 2 wood butane powered vapes that i can do concentrates in!!!

Just a reminder, Triihouse vapes need a clean screen to get the necessary airflow for optimal performance. I recently put a brand new screen in my Lily and boom, bigger denser clouds and more of them. Same goes for the Daisy. These vapes get a workout at my house.

Yeah I just replaced my screen today as well. I'm actually trying a cut down indica screen instead of stock for the slightly less fine mesh for airflow. Not that much different so far though, but maybe it will stay clean longer.

Also I just made a fun discovery, a Solo bent stem makes an incredible lily stem, you can angle it up and it turns lily into like a mini daisy with the visual feedback and much much much smoother dry hits.

Only need a better connection/seal, I was just resting it on the o ring, since its a tad too wide, so need something that will keep it there (though amazed how well it worked even like that!)

I think someone mentioned using a type of silicone for a solo straight stem as lily stem? The silicone I have is thin though, I stick it in my stock lily stem for my water lillying until the gong is out...

Totally @Mister G. It's gotta flow free :)

And I think I have a little something worth adding to your good advice, which is really pretty obvious but could also be easily overlooked, so I thought I'd give it a mention . . .

I haven't actually replaced a screen in my Triihouse Family Vape now for several months. This is because I have given up on frantic scraping & isopropyl rinses in favor of just holding the screen with the tweezers & torching it clean. I then give it a flick to knock out any remaining charred debris and the screen is once again as good as new :D

It is so much easier, quicker, less messy, more effective and economical than the alternatives that I kind of wonder why I ever used iso to clean screens in the first place

BOOM ! You just give me some idea I might try later on ... What did you use ?
I have some AEQ elbow and silicone which could do the trick :p

Yeah just some silicon EQ elbow and metal mouthpiece fits well snug and easy to clear the bubbler just lift it off, Plus I swivel it at 45 so heat intake is facing me I seem to get even bigger clouds because I find it easier to align up

Still using it like this, with others who have greater lung capacity than me as well, and the clouds have been insane. Hits straight to the dome like a Daisy, maybe stronger. Bowls lasting a long time too. Still need to get some silicone to get it to stay on its own though

After the Water Lily is finally ready (still anxiously awaiting one of those), @TriiKLe & @matte green should make some kind of elbow jay hook type long stem home option for the Lily. Really makes it a true mini daisy the way it hits.

Maybe one of our glass worker members can make a custom stem though as well...

Away with the fairies
Lily arrived on my doorstep a little over a week ago now, and I've had so much fun getting to know her! I'm sure with time I'll discover even more about her, but here are my thoughts so far:

Design

In my eyes, Lily's design is quite simple, yet very elegant. I love her lines and her curves, and she's very smooth to the touch. I also love how each unit is unique; the grain pattern of mine is very pretty - when I have a spare moment I'll take a pic to share with you all.

Lily certainly has immense pulling power - her magnets do their job ever so well. I had imagined the unit might feel a little delicate and unstable in hand, but I was completely wrong. It's very sturdy - there's no way the two halves will unwantedly come unstuck mid-session.

I really dig her retracting mouthpiece and how her periscope (heat intake) has a place to be stored securely inside her - the designers have really thought through her portability. The changes they've made to accommodate an internal o-ring for the periscope will undoubtedly enhance her further.

Whilst I appreciate the practicality of the SS mouthpiece - it's great for avoiding breakages when you're out and about - I much prefer using the glass one. It's more comfortable IME, and I prefer the flavour with it too. I do however love the look of @Ed's TnT 's stem for the Lily (see here) - without a doubt I'll be ordering one as soon as they're available.

Ease of Use and Vapour Production/Quality

I had wondered how steep a learning curve the Lily might have - given that she's butane powered. I needn't have worried though, I was producing ridiculously large clouds on the very first use. However, I did find the first two bowls a little harsh and lacking in flavour. But, as it turns out, these short-comings were more down to my technique, than a characteristic of the Lily. I have since managed to tame her :whip: and as a result, I now find her extremely responsive, smooth and pretty flavoursome. If you're a cloud chaser - the Lily won't disappoint.

The technique I have come to prefer, when hitting my Lily dry, involves me covering three of the air inlets upon initial heating - just for a couple of seconds. I then reduce it, to covering just two inlets for a little while longer. Then, when I feel I have reached my preferred temperature, and I'm getting good vapour production I use one of the covered inlets as a carb and stop torching. So, I tend to finish off with just one hole covered - or none if I feel I want to cool it down a little just at the end (hope that makes sense!!). As with any butane vaporiser, technique is pretty intuitive, and can only improve with time. That said, the Lily isn't difficult to master, and I'm sure most people will enjoy using her from the very first bowlful. I should imagine she is a dream to pair with water.

Efficiency

I overfilled my Lily the very first time I used her - I hadn't read the instructions advising to just cover the screen. It wasn't a problem, but I find the Lily does work best using just a frugal amount of herbs. It really shocked me how much quality vapour I could get off such a small amount. I tend to stir each bowl just once mid-session, to ensure even baking - I find that maximises the efficiency of extraction for me.

Cleaning

Glass is notoriously easy to keep clean - I tend to use either ISO or Dr Green Bong and Pipe Cleaner. I haven't as yet needed to clean out the wooden section - but I should imagine a pipe cleaner with a smidge of acetone will do the trick nicely.

To sum up.... Once tamed, Lily is smooth, responsive & highly efficient. Playing with my Lily is a whole lot of fun - you should give her a try! :)

I can't say that I have @TheLawgiver ......... I know that they're been pretty busy fulfilling orders though, due to the really high demand for the Lily upon it's launch. I'd say wait it out a few more days - I'm sure they'll get back to you as soon as they can. Have you tried leaving a message here?

I ordered a daisy one week ago thursday, or two weeks ago tomorrow. Got my confirmation email yesterday for shipping. I actually ordered both the daisy and lily seperate and Triihouse was kind enough to combine the orders and refund half my shipping. I ordered the lily at least 3 or 4 days after the daisy, shot triihouse an email and they responded within 24hrs. Considering they are slammed with work and orders, i have no concerns with how my order went through. Thanks triihouse
