The lily does have value as a one-hitter, if I ever desire such a piece. My problem is I like longer, milky draws. Thus why it was so easy to combust for me. I'm glad so many seem to be enjoying it! I may use it again once I can pair it with h2o like in the video above.

I've been anxiously awaiting a gong, my silicone mod works ok, but I want the best possible water connection. And your latest design looks excellent!

Had a conversation with Tommy from Triihouse . My Lily is getting scorched and not really providing ample vapor. Evidently there are plans for some revisions to the Lily platform. He also told me some potential uplifting news for most Lily owners, but I will let him disclose the nature of this news at his discretion. I was very impressed to get a fast response that was quite full of great info directly from Tommy. Thanks Triihouse, I can't wait to get Lily dialed in as well as her sister.

I'm just glad to know I'm not the only one having difficulties with my Lily! I really want to love this thing, I really do. I'm looking forward to seeing what the company does to rectify them sending out unis not yet ready for primetime. What I don't like is purchasing a product that was not yet ready for primetime. There have been constant changes since Triihouse released Lily into the wild and I feel like I purchased my Lily a little too early. A few changes is understandable but this is an example of a product being released far too early.
As a customer it doesn't feel very good to know the vape I just purchased is obsolete compared to the new and improved version. I feel Triihouse should offer a Lily exchange program for those of us that supported the Lily before it was ready to be sold. My fault, not Triihouse's, for being an early adopter --- I know better.

So far no problems with my Lily other than harshness which is to be expected. I found that the UD gong works perfectly with the Lily as a water adaptor and am enjoying it with my FC-711.

No problem at all. I have a picture posted on page 24.
An early adopter, or something, exchange program, or similar, would be very helpful, especially to those of us who would have to go thru yet more customs fees and quite large postage fees from abroad. Obviously I understand there's only so much cost that can be mitigated by good will, but after my experience with a certain other vaporizer manufacturer's renowned appalling customer services, these teases have me very intrigued indeed :-)
So far, triihouse have been great to deal with, despite any teething troubles.
Edit: the only problem with this is I've just sold my pinnacle, right before logging on here. Got no back up vape! :-)
Edit 2 : tried to copy the triihouse thru glass video above as closely as I can, and using what I already know... Massive clouds, holy crap. Things just went up a notch...

The new torch I got to use works amazing with my lily. With the stock torch I was able to produce clods with a minimum of two holes closed three to finish. With the new torch I can have all three holes open from start to finish! I am getting much more even abv as a result without having to stir as much. It seems much more stable. Also I don't have to inhale so fast to achive a cloud which makes it a more pleasent experiance. Hooray for my new torch!! 
Edit: I wanted to share that I found a storage solution for Lily. I repurposed another vapes (puffit-x) case to use.
I can fit; Lily, extra screens, wood butter, a sprial brush, tweezers, metal stem, stock grider, and a stock torch (as a back up)

It's crazy how picky I'm finding this Lily :-)
I've combusted three more times tonight with it, but finally figured out the steps for reproducible bong hits. Amazing.

Any theories why the Lily seemed to cause more anxiety with people then the Daisy? The Daisy seems to have a core following....but it just seems like this vaporizor got people more worked up.
I'm not sure why anyone that has the Daisy should be disappointed by the Lily. My expectations where that it'd be a miniture process compared to the Daisy with maybe more harshness and less cloud produciton. I guess if anything, my expectations were exceeded. The quality and is uniqueness is there. And if anything, the vapor is better than expected and it def hits hard. I find it much easier to darken a bowl with and faster.
Triihouse is an artisan/ botique brand. What you get in exchange for innovation and qualit would be that you have to be able tolerate some hiccups in the process. It's also the price of being an early adopter. I've seen this in some of my other pursuits, a small-time craftsman introduces something very special, the crowd goes wild and then there are small problems because something is being loved to death.
What really matters is how the Mfr. deals with the problems and the customers. I think Triihouse is doing everything just fine.
It's interesting for me to watch all this since I almost pulled the trigger on a Waldo a year or so ago...before the Daisy came along. I was too cowardly to do it though because there was very little buzz about it. Then came the Daisy and it was like the the ball was hit out of the park.

I love this thing so much. I find it very easy to use and forgiving as long as I don't get greedy. I've never combusted my ABV always comes out looking golden brown. Lilly dumps vapor down my throat that feels like whiskey.

Boy has it been a challenging launch for Lily.
Thank you everyone thus far for all your support, comments, and feedback ( positive and negative ).
We have learned a lot from Lily and this launch experience. We have learned a lot about our customers and a lot about our company.
So, if you do not have time to read this whole post, I will just sum it up for you:
WE MADE SOME IMPROVEMENTS TO LILY AND WILL BE REPLACING EVERYONE'S FOR FREE.
We have a list of email addresses that will be going out in the next 48 hours.
I will be going over in detail every single change we have made and also why.
The most up to date version of Lily has an insert for the o-ring in the heat intake storage.
If you have this version of Lily, your's is the most up to date version.
1. Since we just mentioned it, the first update is the insert for the o-ring in the heat intake storage.
Some customers reported a rattling of the heat intake and even suggested a solution. @Mister G
2. The profile to the glass mouthpiece:
The Glass mouthpiece on the top is the older one.
From our testing and feedback from you guys ( @steama ) we feel the new more square profile (mouthpiece on the bottom of the picture) was more comfortable on the lips. It provides a softer feel and more complete-seal feel.
3. Heat intake:
The heat intake on the left is the updated version.
This is where I chose form over function and did not think about the consequences. In the old heat intake I more had just added a lip instead of flaring out the opening ( that is what happens when I try to be fancy). That lip also had a design flaw that compromised the material integrity, especially in the application it is used for and the combination of a user being a little off with the flame.
The new heat intake is just slightly flared (a true flare) with minimal wall thinning.
4. Vaporizing chamber extension:
We have managed to lower the screen where the herbs/concentrates sit, about 1/8 of an inch.
We felt a video would say more than just a picture of the lowered vaporizing chamber.
This video is to showcase the performance we get and to show you the landscape as we progress through the session.
In this video I have 2 air inlets covered with a flame that is about 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch long.I covered the air inlet in the back center and the air inlet on the same side as the flame entering the heat intake. No special editing was done. Those are actual results.
I wanted to add some annotations to this video before posting here, but someone beat me to the punch.
Lowering of the herb bowl effects the functions in a couple of ways:
A. It allows more time for the heat stream to diffuse before coming in contact with your herbs/concentrates. This seems to create more vapors and a more even landscape after each draw.
B. It moves your vaporizing material farther away from the heat source. A more preventative way to prevent scorching and aids in harshness.
C. Allows you to add more material with out getting closer to the heat source. You do not necessarily have to add more material, but more material = more vapors.
From my experience, a few factors can attribute to harshness/discomfort when vaporizing:
a. The heat is too high, whether it's the heat source before coming in contact with material ( this is more apparent because you can see the evidence on your material. i.e scorching, combustion), or the vapors from your material is too hot at the moment of ingestion.
b. Air/heat/vapor ratio. I noticed this one after getting a harsh draw which I thought would end up in scorching, if not combustion reached, but when I checked the landscape the herb was not changed at all. I got these results from a high flame and all 3 air inlets left open.
5. Water Lily attachment. Please see video from change #4.
We will be adding the Water Lily attachment to our online store soon.
Developing this water pipe attachment has been a big part of my challenge.
I learned that there are no U.S. manufacturers of glass joints.
All of Triihouse glass so far has been in American standard measurements. I had to find a solution to making these glass joints work with out having to switch over all my glass and O-rings to metric systems.
There were moments when I considered not to have the water attachment available, but I knew so many people would enjoy their Lily more with their glass and water.
I believe we found a solution that is simple and it works.
We will have more formal instructions available on how to install and use the Water Lily attachment.
6. Extra O-rings set.
An extra set of o-rings will be included with each new Lily vaporizer.
7. Extra Heat intake stem.
We will include an extra Heat intake stem with the purchase of a new Lily vaporizer.
8. We are communicating with international re-sellers to carry our products. Canada, EU, UK, Australia.
We want to stock them with any parts and accessories that our international customers will need.
We will have a page on our website with a list of authorized re-sellers.
9. Wood butter applicator.
Just in the case you have not noticed. The new container makes is a lot easier to apply the butter.
10. Changes in Lily price $$$.
We had to make the changes to Lily's price, and the prices of Lily replacement parts, reflect the extra amount of time and material required to produce Lily.

Though my improvised one a few pages back has been working quite well for now, even tried some banana kush hash crumbled in a bowl before... Yuuurp convection concentrates in Lily
Seems I have the most up to date one, I have all the update you mentioned I believe, except mine only had one heat intake but it was the new one.
My results posted on the thread speak for themselves I think, and this morning using my diy water lily has been very very unproductive...

From the looks of it (based on having a spot for the oring for the internal heat intake storage and the intake design) I have one of the newer models and its been working great for me. I typically like to spend at least a few days exclusively with a new vape when I first get it so I have been using the lily exclusively since Friday afternoon and exclusively through my bong since Friday night. Probably about 20-25 bowls through the lily already with no combustion and nice monster hits every time. My only real complaint is that it isnt really as efficient as my logs or my hammer, probably more comparable to a solo in that regard.
edit- Since its been asked a few times in this thread. I havent had any issues with using the lily inverted with a basket screen to keep the material in place. Seems to vape just as evenly as it does in standard orientation.

Wow @TriiKLe I'm impressed with the design changes. I am look forward to trying out the revised version.
One question though, were you able to smooth the sharp edges off the heat intake? The end that you insert into lily through the o-ring. Mine is very sharp. Maybe a slight bevel could be added without compromising the structual intregrity of the glass? I am excited that I will soon have a easy option for attaching my lily to water. The adapter looks great. Can't wait to order one. Thank you for everything that you are doing to provide us with the highest quality products. With customer service that is virtually unmatched. I really appreaciate all the hard work you and @matte green put in for us. Thank you for the update.
