Do you have a email address or phone number where Sam at Huffy Glass could be contacted? Thanx Baron23This is probably not what is expected under a topic Liger Banger, but I had been looking around for a dab station for my Liger and just didn't find what I wanted. Huffy Glass did seem to make something very similar to what I wanted, but everybody was out of stock on it.
So, I called Huffy Glass and they said "sure, be glad to make one for you". Well, if being made for me, then perhaps we can change is up a bit to which they replied "sure, whadaya want?"
Here it is below. Middle is cup for q-tips. There are three arms, one with an 18mm female (they will put on whatever you want), one arm has their normal dab tool cup, and the third I had made as very wide dab tool cup to accommodate the CCA 710 Storm Cap (and I bet you could be a lot of other caps in there also but probably not the new monster..... anybody have the diameter of the new cap?).
The piece was reasonably priced ($75), Huffy Glass was a complete pleasure to deal with (ask for Sam), and the piece is very well made and exactly what I wanted.

Preordered my V3 today... bring the pain!
Preordered my V3 today... bring the pain!
So I'm no expert...there are others here with much more experience.Solid. I was looking to do the same. I'm not seeing the info to do so anyplace on the website. Maybe I'm on the wrong website to begin with.
I just searched for it and selected the best result. I found the other versions but not the newest one yet to be introduced. I did notice a delay. I'm not worried about that as I hold major respect for and appreciate anyone not rushing to market a final product that's not totally buttoned up tight. I feel this will save us from any unforseen hassle or issues with the device in the future.
This will also be my first electronic concentrate dab set-up and first time using one (electronic/plug in). I'm so excited! From what I've been studying it's one of the best all around units when it comes to construction, ease of use, cleaning and performance. Please correct me if I'm wrong and any added input is also appreciated.
Also why go 16, 20 or 30mm? I must know! I also see advantages of a flat coil over a rounded for various reasons. For one, more contact area to better facilitate heat transfer and maintain it. Yes, no?
Maybe just maybe I missed where to find the pre-order link because I just opened my eyes and vaporized. Yeah.... what a way to start the day!
I'll be looking to you big brothers and sisters here for more guidance when I'm in the money so to speak. Thank you for your knowledge, advice in the past, present and looking forward to the future. Cheers!

BUT....:
1. why bigger dabbing surface? More suface area for boiling off the concentrate
2. So why not just go bigger at all times? Well, people are finding that they have to drive their coils pretty dang hard to get the dabbing surface of the 30mm up to sufficient temp. Do not confuse coil temp and dab surface temp. The more hdwr you have, the more hdwr to radiate heat outward and the more your coil will have to work.
3. Flat vs coil - I'm not at all sure that you really get a better coil/banger heat transfer from flat vs coiled. I don't think that has been found to be true with the 3.0 but @mrbonsai420 and other V 3.0 beta testers can tell you for sure.

Thanx Stephen I just spoke to Sam and I did say it was due to you that I wanted to order a similar dab station.@jl420 - here you go. If you call and order one, please tell them that Stephen sent you.

Which bucket did you get?
The 30mm that uses the flat coil. Im a flat coil purist
Oh really ... then perhaps this will pique your interest:
900 is really hot. my coil is set 760 for the 30mm (flat coil) and 585 for the 20mm. if you have to run it hotter you're doing it wrong. make sure your coil is completely snug in the enclosure, separate it with a screwdriver or pliers if you have to. then, when attaching it to the bucket, make sure it's got as much contact with the bottom of the bucket as possible, not shoved all the way into the bottom of the enclosure.
i mentioned this previously here but i'll keep preaching it, if you're using the v2/v3 barrel coil (20mm) be sure to pull apart your coil with pliers to ensure it fits snugly on the Liger! this radically increases efficiency. i was going to make more of a point of this to Josh but it's kind of something the user has to do because all coils are different to some small degree. the current measurement of the barrel width is a good general fit in my opinion but as i said and will continue to say, making sure your coil sits on the Liger snugly is definitely the way forward. i found the easiest way is to get two pairs of pliers and just grab each end of the coil and gently pull. this is how my coil looked when i had the v2, i had to pull it apart a tad little bit more for the v3:
it seemed like common sense to do this, as i noticed a definite air gap when the coil was just loosely sitting on the Liger. knowing how heat transfers across metal, prying the coil apart to maximize heat transfer allowed me to completely vaporize dabs at temperatures below 600 degrees, even with the v2. i don't doubt for a second that i could turn it down another 10 degrees to "waste it to taste it" but there's a tiny amount of residual left as is and i'm anal about getting all of my concentrate!

Which inserts were you using?OK guys, 30mm flat coil update. A simple washer under the flat coil and "stretching" out the coil a bit has snugged the coil against the bucket nicely and I can now run the V3 30mm flat coil in the 650-675 range quite nicely. So the final V3 in all sizes will run in normal temp ranges in case that was a worry for some of you.
That looks awesome and a great price for a custom! I might order one myself since I've been nail swapping more now. Might be a good accessory for Josh to sell as well as an accessory and he could order them to spec. This is probably not what is expected under a topic Liger Banger, but I had been looking around for a dab station for my Liger and just didn't find what I wanted. I see a bunch of people placing pre-orders for the V3, is there a link for it somewhere? I'm mostly curious about the pricing to see if I can work it into my budget to try it out.
