It should be noted, that when my heater cover broke from falling, the end cap was not on either time. Not sure how much of a difference that makes, but the cap does secure the heater cover to some degree. Good to hear you guys have had better luck with the lsv though.

I always have my end cap off.

I will admit, every time it falls, my heart skips a beat, but its pulled through like a champ so far

Today is the last day that 7th Floor is offering their Black Friday promotional, but perhaps I am not understanding the sale. Is there a code you use or what? No matter what I add to purchase, I don't get any kind of sale price. It says 40% off of vapor tamer bundles, but when I add these pieces to my cart and then go to check out I am being charged full price. What is the deal?

I am signed in. What codes? They are no longer offering the dime bag as part of the package, the option just isn't there anymore. Which vapor tamer did you purchase and what was the total you paid?

No matter what I do I don't seem to get any discount. Are the prices that are there the already reduced ones?

I bought one of their packages and a few picks. It was about $228 shipped.

Ive got a Cloud and its more or less my daily driver but I wanted something else that was kind of a jack of all trades vape and this seems like the ticket. You cant beat 7th Floor's customer service (I also have an SSV) and at least I know if I drop the LSV, it can be fixed instead of thrown in the trash.

I don't know. I'm just going to give up. I wrote 7th Floor on Wednesday about missing out on the package deals by a few days to see if there was anything they could do for me and I haven't heard back from anyone. I also wrote to ask about these deals and why I am not seeing any discounts and I haven't heard anything back about that either. It's actually very fucking frustrating. If you are going to run deals like these then you need customer service available to answer questions. I understand that it is a holiday weekend and everything, but what the fuck? You just run deals with no one around to help out the customers?

So there is no code to apply these savings?

Thanks for the info guys. Well I've gone ahead and ordered it. I'm slightly annoyed, as I emailed and left a voicemail to 7th floor on Thursday, and still haven't heard back. Of course I understand them being away on Thanksgiving and all, but today is Monday... They should be back...and the thing I was waiting on was very sale-specific (I'm sure I'm not the only one), and the sale ends today, so it was buy it or lose it.

You'd think they'd check their email/phone at least once during the entire duration of their biggest sale. Oh well, I included the knob anyway and hope they give me like 15$ refund or something >.>. I hope it ships soon! I'm way too eager to have my hands on this bad boy.

I ordered the same thing friday night- vaper tamer, mouthpiece, and dime bag. A little disappointed it hasn't shipped yet; CO springs is like 3 hrs away, so it should only take a day to get here.

Yea, they got back to me pretty quickly on every occasion iv emailed them (3+ times, all less than a days response) which to me is pretty good customer service.
Unfortunately for me one for the mouthpieces i was going to order somebody already bought..
Custom MP #2 anybody... hahaha
but a new one i like has two different photos for it showing two different mouthpieces..
I emailed them just now after seeing this hopefully they can get back to me before i lose such a good deal ($11 off)

I'm still waiting to hear back from them about either of the emails I sent. The only reason I was able to order and get the discount I wanted was because of Dangus' help.

It's funny to me, as well as frustrating, that they advise customers to contact them about any questions or to find out about availability of certain products in association with this sale, but I can't seem to get anyone to respond to my emails.

yea i know what you mean, i have my shopping cart ready to purchase if they contact me and say that id be buying the right mouthpiece in the right colour but that soley relies on their response in the next 2 hours..

I think that they must be swamped, placed my order friday morning and it still says its processing. Its frustrating like Bouldorado said, im only about 3 hours away from colorado springs, but who knows when it will actually get shipped.

On the LSV site it says that orders are usually shipped within 6 business days. I'm not overly concerned about the shipping times, I am concerned that no one is responding to any of my emails. Actually, it's really starting to piss me off. They've had plenty of time to get back to me, but I haven't heard shit from them other than the email saying that they've taken my money and that my order is being processed.

Is this nonsense of not answering emails indicative of what I'll be dealing with from 7th Floor customer service in the future? I'm impressed with the product, but the service had been 100% lacking until I hear back from someone.

yea they never got back to me last night.. so i just bought a cheaper mouthpiece, hopefully they get back to me before it ships and we might be able to fix this, or maybe i might be able to buy some used glass off of some of you guys

I'd start with the fc introduce yourself section, and the vapor lounge. Just browse threads your intrested in or vapes you want to buy etc & be apart of the great discussions We'd always love to have some new blood around the site. Btw love nashville beautiful state, went fly fishing at the hiawassee river the other month and then cumberland thanksgiving weekend, but that was more in kentucky.

oh i love the hiawassee, that an the ocoee river are just fantastic for kayaking.
iv never been fly fishing there though, even though i know i should. I go fly fishing with my grandfather every summer in alaska near juno and anchorage.
