I met with Frenchy yesterday, I think we are going to do some new designs around the Chico...please stay tuned.

I know the feeling or I should say I knew the feeling. When I was first testing prototypes I had the sinking feeling but I've come to be cool, calm and collected because I know the seals are good ;-)

We'll be switching out all gaskets for the material now used in the Satchmo because there are people who really don't appreciate the current material...I'll post to this list when that material is avialable. I think I'll be ordering it this week but it will take a while to run through the system ... please stay tuned.

That's generally our experience as well, but some people feel differently so we're moving to the Satchmo type material which is truly odorless...I haven't found a nose that objects to it.

I think you have a great design and I am sure to be in on any new sizes as well... cause ump-teen jyarz is NEVER enough! I love em!

I have only one single request that you incorporate into your designs moving forward (no need to redo the existing line). That would be to alter the molds so that they might be stackable.

Do you mean stackable, in that one can "nest" comfortably on top of another? Versus some containers taht have threads on the top and bottom so one can actually thread a stack together? I'm not keen on the threaded version because it almost requires that you purchase and use them in a stack format. But I think "nesting" is a good thought and glad you mentioned it.

We talked about something similar last summer. My thought was that you redesign the lid so that the circular indent (on the lid) matched the circular protrusion on the bottom of the jyar itself. It wouldn't even have to "click" in, just allow them to stack much better (although clicking in would be an added bonus).

I'm currently running 9 Satchmo's, and have them loosely stacked on my desk. I can currently only stack them two high, else I bump them and they fall.

I just got a Mighty this week through Puff It Up, and they threw in a free classic....fuckin sweet! What a nifty little item. Just bought another and 2 Satchmo's, See how much I can squish in em, I don't usually pregrind but I do vape all my weed so it's not like I don't grind it...may have to start a bit :p

Honestly, had never heard of them other then in passing, and always just assumed they were a run of the mill container. Stand corrected.

Agree and thank you I don't know that I would have thought of this feature had you not mentioned it here.

One thing I've learned is not to promise too much in terms of product availability time frames. Each new size has required a new thought process so it's really hard to know how long it will take to get it just right. All I will say is that I should be receiving sample glass in the next few weeks ... the process is underway.

Ordered mine late Sunday night....they arrived to the East Coast today!

Very sweet, very nice looking. My one Satchmo doesn't seem to keep the glass securely in it; if I were to tip it upside down, the glass just comes right out with no additional pulling. Looks like it's missing a sticker or something on the inside, not exactly sure what it is, but the other Satchmo has it and the glass doesn't fall out. Hardly a deal breaker just something to note.

Plus, I was eyeing up the French Cannoli containers and I REALLY like the "Oh La La" one....decided against ordering it as they were a bit pricier and it was my first order through them......doesn't even matter, Aldo must have read my mind or my IP history or something :p, I got 2 Satchmo's AND The Teal Classic I ordered, BUT the classic has that sweet design on the glass insert and container :love:

Very much appreciated across the board <3 Very prompt response as well when I asked for a shipping #. Definitely will be ordering more, and directing people to your wares.

We place small pads on the inside of the Satchmo and it sounds like you are missing one. We can send that to you easily or if you re-up just send a note to support@jyarz.com with the new order number and we'll add it to your order. Whatever you prefer...we aim to please.

The Cannoli designs are sandblasted by hand thus the additional cost and Frenchy gets a buck or two for his designs as well. They are very detailed and quite beautiful...if you ask me....well worth the cost. We are considering doing some new designs on the Satch and Chico...I'll post here if we do.
