If you've got a hard hitting vape and like to use it dry the steamroller seems to be the way to go.

Ime it cools significantly more than the standard dry mouthpiece.

So as @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd said, it seems to be the way to go if you're looking to hit it dry.

That, and it's an awesome excuse to get some Bitchin worked glass

It's kinda like a dry stem with a built in carb. I find it gives a fun experience to the vapor - starts off hot, then you pull the finger off the carb and get a rush of cool air.
