I personally looked through all the emails between you and our customer service team, and discussed your issue in detail with our team to get some clarification on your specific situation. In the latest email that we sent to you, we offered to replace your device for free if there was a manufacturing defect or give you a 50% discount if your device was not being cleaned properly. Our CS asked for you to please return your device so that we can inspect it to confirm. To reiterate, if your device has been cleaned properly, and your device has reduced vapor, we will replace it for free.
To put this in perspective - we have sold tens of thousands of our devices including our ROGUE, and we have one of the lowest defect rates in the industry - typically less than 1%. We have not had an issue that you are describing of "reduced vapor over time". Regardless, we strive for 100% satisfaction for every client, regardless of the circumstances.
