It looks like Rogue Slide Edition will be released.
I'm looking forward to it because it was difficult to open the cap until now.
That’s awesome man, always on the fence about getting a Rogue since my 2 year old Edge’s unit for glass pieces no longer snaps in as it should.

Has anyone had the lid of their Rogue start popping off? I have only had it since April. I clean it regularly and it's frustrating when it pops off during a session.

Sounds like my Edge, is it happening with the native lid or the glass mp holding one for you?

My native is fine after two years still. I use to put some bands around it to hold the glass one down for bong rips, but I’ve relegated it to native mp only now.

I think cleaning might wear down the sides…. As mine started doing it after a good clean as well

To be honest I have never used the regular mouth piece. It's happening with glass mp holding one. I even checked to see if any plant material was stuck on the vaporizer part. Thanks for replying.

Sounds like you should email them since you are under warranty. I’ll post you a pic of my bands one if you want. It’s just a couple Crafty bands around it, not great…

Heck if I were you I’d ask if you can get that new slid in one they are about to release, and pay any difference

I live in a state that's already cold. I put it in the car for about an hour. Well above freezing but cool to the touch. The lid acted as it was supposed to. Later on I will heat it up. I don't think it can take the heat.

I would love to see the bands on your Rogue. Thanks

Here you go, but to be clear mine is the older Edge…. I’d probably just roll with the native mp on your Rogue when out if your not returning it.

Good luck!

Hey I’m 99% sure I want buy a Rogue today but I was wondering if they’ve fixed the issue of Error messages from last year? Have any of you bought a new one recently?

No one has mentioned it here since December, so hopefully that was just a small blip.

My Rogue is still going strong.
Just gave it an overdue deep cleaning, I need to be less lazy!

Hi! On our first ROGUE production run, we had the tolerances set too tight on the PC Board protections. All effected devices were replaced and this was corrected immediately on all of our subsequent production runs well over a year ago. Our ROGUE is bulletproof - buy with confidence :).

Always here for you!

This new magnetic slid is an awesome idea, unfortunately I’ll have to wait till next year to purchase as I’m on a “vape count” of max two new units a year. Looking forward to hearing about the SE from y’all in the mean time!

Be careful I am done with this company. There is a design flaw with these units. There is no way to clean the air path. I have gone through two Rogues and clean it before use each time. Apparently debris gets in the airpath and diminishes the performance. Even their instructions for cleaning it are strange. They want you to heat it up and blow through it a few times. This is not covered under their warranty and they are quick to tell you that they will offer you a new unit at half price BUT then it happens again. You will notice after time you will get less vapor its subtle.

Sorry to hear that! My guess is that using the capsules helps avoid this problem.
My experience with this company has been different. Loved my Fury (not in rotation but still works) and love my Edge (use it just about every day and still going strong after several years). Never use capsules. Airflow may have diminished slightly over time but still get healthy rips every session. For 150 bucks or whatever I paid it's proven to be one of the best vape values I've had. I keep telling myself I'm going to get a new one but quite frankly there is no reason.

Yes its subtle I have the fury and the fierce and bought two rogues. I never use the unit upright as its in a waterpipe so the debris never gets to the screen BUT still over time something happens, it still works but nowhere like it did. Its not that the airflow is reduced its that the vapor is reduced. In fact Im filing with consumer rights agencies and BBB

Curious because I have had the Edge for a while, and at times have used it regularly, but never noticed this. Could the blue gasket be compromised? The only time I got wispy vapor with my Edge was when I removed that entirely.

Can you give some sense of how much use seems to be causing the issue? Like is it happening after 6 months of using it 5 times a day, every day? Or after using it for 1 month but only twice a week?

And what kind of cleaning are you doing before every use? Personally I would clean after using it, not before, and that kind of cleaning frequency seems unusual and maybe that is causing some other issue?

Setting that aside, it also seems really strange that it would be gunked up with debris if you clean it before every use. I use capsules, which clearly makes a big difference in terms of needing to clean, but I have literally never cleaned mine and it still works great.

The only thing I can think of is maybe you're pushing material through the screen while cleaning so often, but that also seems unlikely because most people intuitively would avoid pushing material down though the screen towards the heater, so I assume you're not doing that.

Indeed well as explained its always used upside down as it goes in a water pipe. When new you can see vapor coming out of the holes on the bottom when you put it in the water pipe. As time goes by that vapor is less noticeable. This happened before as well and HR said it was due to the airpath being affected. As stated there is NO way to clean the air path. HR is aware of this which is why they give instructions as to howto deal with this. The airpath is the same I feel no change just a change in vapor quality. They tell you to poke the holes on the bottom and to heat the unit and blow through it several times. Im not really looking for help perse, I know its a design flaw. It comes down to HR suggesting the user did something wrong and thus warranty is not involved. I contend I have done nothing wrong.

So you're saying some vapor backs out through the intake holes, and over time less is coming out and the quality of the vapor you're inhaling is also going down. If you're correct, I'm still curious how often the vape gets used, if you don't mind me asking.

Also, if the fresh air intake is getting clogged over time, I would normally expect less fresh air would yield stronger vapor, all things being equal. Like using the XMAX V3 Pro, covering some of the intake holes results in a stronger hit. I'm not saying you're not experiencing some issue, but it seems counterintuitive that restricting the fresh air coming in would result in wispier hits?

Hi @Mike5678, We appreciate you very much! I am the CEO of Healthy Rips and I apologize about the issue you are experiencing. I personally looked through all the emails between you and our customer service team, and discussed your issue in detail with our team to get some clarification on your specific situation. In the latest email that we sent to you, we offered to replace your device for free if there was a manufacturing defect or give you a 50% discount if your device was not being cleaned properly. Our CS asked for you to please return your device so that we can inspect it to confirm. To reiterate, if your device has been cleaned properly, and your device has reduced vapor, we will replace it for free.

To put this in perspective - we have sold tens of thousands of our devices including our ROGUE, and we have one of the lowest defect rates in the industry - typically less than 1%. We have not had an issue that you are describing of "reduced vapor over time". Regardless, we strive for 100% satisfaction for every client, regardless of the circumstances. Please contact me directly and I will make sure that you are 100% satisfied. My email is: teece@healthyrips.com.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
All the very best!

no what you said was you cannot warranty it if its not a malfunction NOT once did you say if the unit has been cleaned properly you will replace it after all how would you know that? I factually cleaned it every time before use. I have done nothing wrong the last time or this time and yet I had to buy another one at 50% off just weeks later the same problem occurred.

So you're saying some vapor backs out through the intake holes, and over time less is coming out and the quality of the vapor you're inhaling is also going down. If you're correct, I'm still curious how often the vape gets used, if you don't mind me asking.

Im saying when you first buy the unit you will see vapor coming from the bottom. As time goes by the vapor production is reduced. This was confirmed BY HR. They say vapor production is reduced when the airpath is affected. How that airpath gets affected is beyond me. I use the unit upside down in a waterpipe, I bought a special grinder that does medium grind and I clean it before each use..It gets used daily.
