We can if a user prefers that but they won’t be ready/tested/ ready to go until at least 3-4 weeks before mass production. 12 days to get the first sample articles for us to test. Even though it is cheaper for us and easier for the user to DIY, (thats what we had in mind few days ago until we found the root cause), we still prefer to take care of units that are out there ourselves to ensure quality and 100% operation in a timely fashion and we are willing to pay for it with our time and money.
@Haze Vaporizers. Sorry for so many questions, so just to confirm, if mine was inspected it should work. It should come with the rebuild tray, if I use the rebuild tray than everything should line up properly? No need for new gasket?

It's been rocky, but I'm willing to cut Haze some slack for having the balls to make a quad-chamber, on-demand convection vape that fits in your pocket. It's a unique design, so the fact that there's some kinks in the first mass-produced batch isn't too surprising to me. To their credit, Haze hasn't tried to hide or neglect the issue, they're dealing with it. So I say, wait n see.

I sent mine in last week, should get it back later today, I'm really hoping to come back with a glowing review.
Hey i agree, they’ve done something great with the quad chamber design.

Yes it’s good that they are being so active in getting these issues sorted. But then, that’s what they SHOULD be doing.

So far my delivery is ‘somewhere’. I’d need to send it back if it’s faulty and I’d bet most are, then wait for it’s return. So far it’s been on it’s way for over a week. If I need to send it back I’d be looking at an 18 day wait on top.

Being in the ‘production’ Business I would lose a lot of business if I rolled out faulty goods after testing. They developed a new issue since testing. That’s not a good look. If it’s a factory fault then they’ve got lazy.

Now that's jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire! :o:o:o:brow:

Yeah I’d do research first lol.

If you have a seal issue, rebuild yourself will not fix it. If your unit was shipped out Monday, most likely it was checked already but not sure about the time as we all shipped units while CS processed labels/orders. I see latest commenters are mostly positive feedback in terms of vapor production so you should be good. If not, please PM me. The cleaning tray must be in the package as we started shipping them as soon as they arrived.

I admit and respect your customer service! I did not know your company and honestly I did not pay attention to Dual V3.

Folowing all these days your willing, effort and passion to support 24/7 all your customers I am more than 100% convinced of getting mine.

No matter what some people say, it seems to be THE VAPE. Love the user friendly replaceable parts!!
It is the LEGO of the vapes.. keep on and well done!

More feedback when I finally get mine

@Haze Vaporizers

I'm just dreaming here:

In an ideal world, I'd love to see:

1) Programmable, digital labels for each chamber through the app. Instead of 1 to 4 dots on the device, I'd love it if you could program digital readouts on the chambers where you can label strain names. It is a little difficult to remember which chamber has what. :-)

2) A smaller device altogether with the same functionality. This thing is quite beefy. Feels a little wonky. My device makes some rattling noises.

3) A superior smell proof sleeve. Having cached 4 chambers in one device it's quite smelly and not stealth in this regard. I don't have the case so I don't know how smell proof that is.

4) Small digital temp read-out.

5) A built-in Super Mario Bros Emulator. While you are at it let's go ahead with a built-in Skyrim emulator ;-)

Number 3 is in the works. Others are noted :)

Will be sending in my unit on Monday,
Updating with usage ;
Using mainly herb in chambers 1-3,
Tried a tad amount dab on the steel concentrates wasn't feeling it so much even at highest temperature so will have to play around with it a little more.

When the unit is working, despite the bad seal it is pretty bad ass, having owned a v3 using that to compare so its got a tough match. I previously had the g-pen pro, the $170 one not the cheaper $50 dollar ones and that vape really hit great, the haze v3 had dual chambers so it became my daily driver despite not hitting as hard. The options and batteries and extra cartridges is what really won me over so I gave the gpen to my cousin. I have used pax, 2 and 3 and much prefer the haze v3 and square,

Getting use to holding the button is something new but the fact that it saves a bowl is pretty unique vs the haze v3 which I would pretty much use the whole canister during the session starting off at either 2 or 3 and finishing at 4 for a 5-15 minute session.

Getting use to the button and on-demand is different not bad or good just different so its nice knowing I have both but we'll see, hoping the square is able the completely replace the v3 so I can clean it and gift it to a friend in need.

I vape it at the highest temp of 480, helps with the gap and it the remains seem pretty brown/black relatively consistentent. It wouldn't be fair to base it off of this when I get the unit back with the seal I'll post my new thoughts,

The size factor is meh; consider it holds 4 chambers its pretty understandable.

I have a vape-pen for oil cartridges and a dab-pen for actual dabs and my problem with both is that burnt coil taste. This stops me from using them pretty regularly unless I just don't have any other options.

The haze does provide much better taste of regular herb without any of the burnt coil taste I get from dabs and oil cartridges so for me this is a big win.

Also its pretty cool how its 2 separate units imo, because the part that holds the canisters is completely removable even when charging so I was able to easily load the bud with the battery charging from the wall. Very nice.

I just made a decision to not take my Haze Square on a field trip because of it’s heft. I’m considering this more as a mobile-desktop unit which is no sleight at all. No doubt—I’m enchanted by this unit however I categorize it in my head !

Its portable enough to keep in the car, in the bag, but prolly not jeans, jacket pocket maybe.

So you feel it is like a V3? But better? Does it hit about the same in regards to draw resistance and vapor productions? Does it have a similar vaping experience to the V3 except for the fact that you need to press the button to draw and it actually saves weed? I have a V3 and I wanna buy a square. But I want the same type of draw and vapor production. I’m fine with drawing slow and holding a button for when I draw. If that’s all that’s required over the V3 I think this will be a nice addition.

I’m super enjoying my square so far. I don’t think it requires a super technique here. Honestly if you have a working unit and you know how to vape then this vape is not complicat3d. I mean hold button down til vibrate and green light and inhale..and then big vapor clouds.. I did 4 bowls and then did a wax sandwich and was on temp 3 and battery died. Lol..the light will flash red even when you turn the unit off and I was a little worried but it stopped..just a low battery warning..so technically it didn’t die..I was high and gonna come back and when I turned unit off it started blinking. But for those who are contemplating even keeping the device..do yourself a favor and stick with @Haze Vaporizers these guys are on top of it..I know the vape works and it works good..so every one take a chill and your haze will provide..

Hi, first post, first foray into this scene, oldy moldy guy. greets!

So I got my Pro unit (mid-March pre-order) last night and would like to know if anyone else is experiencing some of the same quality issues mine has. Since it's clear this active community can offer really excellent advise, I figured I would try jumping in. fwiw, I am completely rooting for Haze for their transparency and creativity, only wishing for a better production run (and hopefully replacement). I sent a customer service message late last night and am waiting on their instructions.

First, the power button doesn't move at all; completely rigid. In fact, the unit was ON as such when I opened the box, flashing slowly amber. Kind of a showstopper right there. Anyone else get this?

Dings and paint touch-ups are next. I mean it makes the unit look used for some time already. This doesn't look normal.

The oven coating material isn't even. Should that be a concern you think, or is it baked on at a high enough temp that heating won't cause flaking or anything freakish?

The housing cutout for the USB-C port isn't aligned properly. Here I'm only worried about ensuring a solid cable connection, but the connector slightly bumps against the housing.

Obviously I need to return it, but for comparison's sake, does this resonate with what you folks are receiving?

Cheers

Sorry for the gushing. I usually do this with a new vape only to find a boring experience later. But let’s highlight the good as good while it’s independently and objectively good.

This is a dream vape. I vape because of flavor and health and I’ve always dreamed of those fresh eternal first tastes of cannabis. It’s medicine primarily to me but why not enjoy the the cherry taste of cough medicine if you must soothe a cough?

I love this so far for its supreme taste and the ability to carry multiple bowls (1 gram) with varying strains and material.

Applause!

Mine came today and I believe it is a bad unit. The two halves don't meet properly it's really obvious to the eye.

I did however take the whole thing apart and put it back together with the easy loading tray and it's super super simple.

Seems well-made and durable but there are some finish issues.

The length and looseness of the mouthpiece seems most problematic.

@Haze Vaporizers can you PM me I couldn't figure out how to PM you about process to resolve issue.

I have a great picture of the uneven gap but can't upload it without a URL does anybody know a way to upload pictures here
